What does USA stand for?

Hi. I am going to Chicago for a business trip. I am a bad smoker and can't live without cigarettes (smoke about 20-30 per day) and I heard, in USA, especially in Illinois, there are very hard prohibitions for smoking. So please could you tell me, in which places am I allowed to smoke?

Lived in Uptown neighborhood for 3 years, and limited all my time to the North Side. Worked right outside the loop. I smoked everywhere. People will curse at you occasionally, but fuck em, if you're smoking outside, then you aren't doing anything wrong. Now, I believe there was a city ordinance that was in talks right as I was about to leave (around 2011) that talked about banning and fining smoking within 50 ft of any entrance, effectively banning smoking in the whole city. I highly doubt this passed, and even if it did, i doubt anyone adheres.

Cops wont bust you for mundane shit unless you're in touristy areas. I used to walk around drinking beer and cops never gave a fuck unless I was on soldier field or next to wrigley field. Cigarettes should be much better.

Going on a roadtrip up to Chicago from Houston. Taking a 2 day break in Memphis. Gonna be in Chicago for about 3 days then heading back. What is there to do in either of those cities or anything worthy of stopping at along the way? I will be going around mid March.

Usually you'll know by a collection of cigarette butts or an asher thing littered all over the place. I'm not sure how expensive it is but if you are flying there I'd recommend buying at the duty free stores at the airport.
