Didn't get to visit clubs while there but there's this neon lit minigolf club or whatever it is, somewhere close to the center, run by a really cool American dude. It's not too expensive and you can get beers in the deal. Hope he's still in business though.

Also the Captain Morgan bar-ship near one of the bridges is quite an nice place to visit and maybe meet drunk people.

Definitely Cross Club.

If you don't mind I'll use this thread to post my conundrum. Next year I'll have the opportunity to study abroad for my masters. There were lots of cool destinations but I've eliminated most of them because of either language barriers (Budapest only offers courses in Hungarian) or too small for my tastes (Kaunas.)

Basically I'm completely 50/50 stuck between Prague and Warsaw.

I'm sure I'll have fun in either city but any input is greatly appreciated.

Prague is more connected for accessible weekend travel elsewhere, and is a hugely popular study abroad city for a reason. I'd pick Budapest for its current point in travel awareness (before it gets as touristed as Prague and still has a local culture and charm), but I do agree hungarian is a pretty big hurdle to conquer. At least with Prague, you can daytrip to 15 choices for a nice launching ground, and the international nature of the current expat populace is cool. Can't beat the untrashed by ww2 architecture anywhere else.
Caveat, I haven't been to Warsaw, and haven't heard much negative about it, other than it only need 1-2 days to see. (Prague gets 3 days by most travel people, but I disagree). If you're in the CZ for Karlovy Vary film festival, get into it!

Thanks. Good point about connectivity to other cities, haven't really taken that into consideration. I've been to Krakaw which was great fun which is also why I'm attracted to Warsaw. Never been to CZ.
