Hi guys,

I'll be in Munich on my own for about 2 hours this evening (business trip). I've never been there. I was wondering what the best place to spend those 2 hours would be? What's the not-to-miss tourist spot?

Would I spend 2 hours in Marienplatz & checking out the Rathaus? It seems impressive, but not a place you would spend much time. Are there any landmarks close by that are worth it?

two hours should be enough for a small run trough the city center and a beer.

Marienplatz, Frauenkirche, Karlstor and room for a beer, should be good enough for 2h, pic related.

I was in munich only in once, and the technical museum was fucking awesome.

If you love this stuff mabe you should see this. The best section was the mining section.
