I bought a ticket from London to Thailand with EVA Airlines.
Online scoring says they are safe and they were cheaper than Thai Airways.
Did anyone fly with them before? Is there anything I should be worried about or know beforehand? Is check in ok?

They're an Asian airline based in Taiwan...? Something like that. I know people who have flown on Eva Air. If you get the Hello Kitty plane, you'll also get Hello Kitty utensils with your meal, just FYI. But I would think they're relatively safe and put them in the same class as ANA. The price point is lower since they're relatively new.

Recently voted as one of the top 10 airlines in the world (again). Use them a couply of times towards Asia. Don't worry, they are nice and the flight crew usually quite pretty (half Thai half Taiwan).

Skytrax rates them with 5 stars along with ANA, Singapore etc. the highest rating to exist.

I wouldn't worry about flight safety on any of the airlines flying on major intercontinental routes nowadays.
