I'm going to South Korea for 17 days (from dec 26 until jan 13) alone. I've been there before but couldn't visit the country properly, mainly because of work. Any recommendations? I'm more interest in which cities should I visit. I already visited Seoul and Daejeon but that's it.
Forgot to ask... Is there any cool place for new year?

Depends on what you like really.
DMZ and War museums aren't bad.

What do you mean?
i recommend 압구정 or 목동 in Seoul. this is a place which there is nothing for foreigners and tourist attraction. But this area is a residential district of the upper-middle classes. So, you will be able to experience the genuine and ordinary life of Korean.

Oh I think I understood what you meant, haha. No worries.
And thanks for all the answers so far. I'm interested in small villages, I'll avoid crowded cities If I can.
