Hello trv
I need some info on Bulgaria.
I am from Germany and probably ill move there
to work and live, because im tired of migrants.
I know a German teacher in Bulgaria. She makes very good money, and it's not expensive to live there.
She has a better life in Bulgaria than she in America.

What is Berlin actually like these days? I haven't been in years but it used to be pretty cool, so when someone asked me to interview for a job there I went for it. Now I'm not sure I'd want the job if they offer it to me - don't totally get the feeling it's a happy place.

I am guessing you are considering Sofia, since this is where most business HQs are.
Pros:
- (very) cheap
- A beatufiul mountain 20-30 minutes away from the city center.
- Decent amount of night life options
- People generally think highly of Germans
- Three hours away from Black Sea resorts (party central)
- Five hours away from Meditteranean Sea (more chill and prettier than the Black Sea)
- Developing fast
- Low taxes (10% income tax)
Cons:
- Small streets are dirty and in bad shape, although there are serious infrastructure projects going on right now in the entire city.
- Air is considerably polluted due to overwhelming amount of old vehicles. The tax policy focuses on solidarity instead of sustainability, so owners of new vehicles pay more taxes.
- Peak hours are sometimes infuriating. Depends where your route goes through.

In addition
- Women will be interested in your germanness
- Muslim immigrants/refugees are frowned upon. Racism is somewhat common towards gypsies, turks, arabs and blacks. No aggressive racism though.

The top poster is a retard or master shitposter.
>immigrant-friendly, unbelievably safe compared to the US
I laughed at this.
>The food's pretty good
I agree.
>the health care ain't bad
If you are willing to pay for private, sure.
>the climate is variable enough
True. You can go skiing right after work in Sofia. Seaside is relatively fast to reach in the summer
>The police are shockingly non-violent
On the contrary. Police are generally agreesive and full body searches are not uncommon during night time.
>the government is oddly efficient
If by efficient he means absent and careless - sure.
>never brewed a half-decent IPA
Not sure what IPA is? Is it a beer? There are not so few bulgarian craft beers in recent time.
