next monday me and my girlfriend are flying to Sevilla

we will travel to Valencia in 17 days

going from place to place

now i have a little problem spanish isnt my native language, i am dutch, and my girl has some allergies

she is allergic to cowmilk and tomatoes

can any of you help me out on some sentances to make it clear in restaurants that she cant have any food with cowmilk or tomatoes in it
