It's hard but doable. Go to the public baths and find the area where people play chess.
Look for guys that are playing and also wearing gold necklaces, they're known as "főnök".
Just stand near them as if watching them play, say hello as an acknowledgement "szia", and then knock over their king.
You'll see him signal to one of the other people watching, follow that person and make the deal (usually in the changing room, but some of them are really paranoid and they'll take your money then give you a locker key which you use to grab your weed).
As with any deals, make sure to be extra careful.

I read about this place on 4chan and they told me about the city not having a gram of weed in it. Idk, those nerds are sketchy but I think they know what they're talkimg about.

I've asked some locals, a while ago when I was there, if they knew how to get marijuana and they said that they have never heard of such a thing before, so I'm pretty sure it simply doesn't exist in Budapest
