Hi /trv. I want to move to an asian country like the philippines, thailand or cambodia. What is a good amount to save up before moving? Thanks!

In Thailand you can get a retirement via with proven 25K USA in the bank, or 2K income a month. In Phillipines you can get a retirement Visa with 10K in the bank, so I'd use these as benchmarks for annual living

In Phils you can retire as early as 35 as long as you have the cashish.
