Colombia in June and July

I'm flying out tomorrow! Note sure I'm going to do yet :O first trip I haven't really planned much beyond my first three days. I, too, would love some advice about hiking or trekking! Does anyone know any good companies to go on outings with?

I know the pay is below cost of living, it's not a problem. More looking to get some initial experience not in SEA.

I am there right now in Manizales in the coffee region. It has rained everyday (and hard for a bit), but only in the afternoons and evenings.

Jardín near Medellín has a really nice plaza that on the weekends is filled with people drinking (instant) coffee, beer, and aguardiente all day long. Paragliding near there was really fun as well!
