I've been playing Towergirls Kingdom Conquest lately, and I have to say that I'm enjoying the pregnant portraits for the princesses.
Even if the costumes don't work on them.

Also, I like the human princess's pregnant portrait the most, because it just makes her look like she's got a fat belly, which adds to her design.
She makes an adorable fatty.

Also, fuck that bridge, it keeps crashing on me when I try to get into it to set up the bridge, and then when I do, it takes forever for it to rain.

Dignity is actually supposed to be something more like "Virtue" or something like that. Meaning a princess with low will and high virtue would be easy to break as a slave and hard to convince to join you, and vice versa for High will low virtue.

No problem, the pregnancy stuff takes forever to actually happen, and has a lot to do with scheduling out months, weather, and all that shit, so it's easier just to have it all active at once.

Sadly, the outfits don't work with the pregnancy, so when it does come out, try to find the boat to do a minigame for the swim-wear first.

Also, bring lots o' Chocodicks.

Witch Princess 2, definitely. That said, Knave has really jumped in ranks after they started working on her design. Noble princess or whatever the rich girl was called seems pretty good too, but you'd probably have to apply some gifts from other princesses to make her really great

DP3 seems harder to draw well than some other princesses, which I think is a factor in the amount of art. Strongfat body, huge tits, literally 8 limbs AND a tail, and all those head/neck details.
