Yup, by Sanzo. Supposedly, Sanzo wanted them to be full dinos, but the publisher vetoed that because monstergirl fans only like 'em halfway, so we got monstergirls* instead. It's only two volumes, got cancelled afterwards.

*=Normally monstergirls a shit, but I really like how Sanzo does them, they're actually cute. Not only that, but no haremshit.
