Eating higher fiber food or taking fiber supplement is a good start. Look for cheaper brands because they often cause you to become gassier. Also just keeps you regular in general which is always a plus.

Pumps are also good in a pinch if you wanna be gassy. Might cause some cramping for a bit until you get used to it. But the benefit of being gassy for a while is also a plus that makes it worth it.
