Renamon in Digimon Masters at 100%(normal) size are around 222 centimeters(7.3 ft).
Since the player can make them grow and shrink beyond that(up to 288 cm[9.4 ft], down to 44cm[1.4 ft]) I suppose if you're content with it not being the show Renamon, she can be whatever you want her to be, within that range.

It's less egregious with digimon than other things though, since there is a bunch of digimon variants that are mostly just different colors.

Black, Skull, Metal, War, digimon's got a lot of prefixes that do different things. Some of them have more impact than others.

this is how i do non-standard hands

i establish the general shape for their hand geometry by making a simple box or other geometric shape, then i build a bone structure underneath it to properly place things like digits and the like
this also makes it really easy to color as you know it will look like a 3d object

then you put skin around the bone and geometry to make a hand, once you do that then you can do with it what you please

it also works with feet as well, same principle, build a structure, place bones, cover with skin

and even if its non standard anatomy, in order for it to look good it still needs to follow some semblance of it, so when you build bones make sure what you put on top of it follows it, making things like knuckles and the like
