Not to insult you, but you're pretty close.

IMO: It's all basic primal instinct, and not a "degenerate fetish" as labeled by few who stumble upon our threads. Wanting to have intercourse or feelings towards pregnant females is completely natural.
As mammals, males would naturally be selective of females and vice versa. As a living creature you want to reproduce, so through that, you want to select female who is fertile and able to reproduce and carry your genes to the next generation. This is why the sight of supple milk carrying breasts that can feed children, hips wide enough to birth larger liters, etc. turn us men on is normal. We see a fertile and aesthetically pleasing female? We want to reproduce with them.

(Sorry if my basic physocogoly and biologic isn't that great, haven't studied up in nearly half a decade.)

It's also worth noting that women do get a lot more physically sensitive when they are pregnant.
