No the education skeletons are made of either wood or plastic, sometimes sealed with calcium to get a better feel for it. My highschool had one made from wood but blasted with ground up cow bones before the sealant was applied. I only know this because my science teacher wanted one of those since he decided to be a science teacher and was super excited about it.
