As for regression ideas, I'd suggest Rarity using some of her magical 'anti-wrinkling, re-vitalizing, de-aging' facial cream on Sweetie Belle. She fails to notice that it recommends not to use it on those who are under the age of sixteen, as it turns out the de-aging magic aspect can have some unintended side effects on younger users...

I think it's more the fact that many of the artists just don't watch the show anymore, but they do make art once in a while despite that. I mean, it's not really much to watch these days anyways. Most of the good ideas and episodes are well in the past by now, besides the rare rough gem. It's physically difficult for me to sit through some of them now.

Yeah, a character exerting dominance over another and simply not allowing them to remove the offending garment is a good one. Evil Starlight works well. Evil Discord, Sombra or alicorn-amulet Trixie also. Almost any villain could work. On a slightly lighter note I guess a younger Celestia messing with Luna pre-NMM might work. Or why not the reverse in current day? Luna has a lot of pent-up feelings, and raw power-wise she's clearly got the upper hand. Why not put Celestia in her place for a while? Just so Celestia realizes she can't keep bossing Luna around any more? Give her a night she won't soon forget.

A bet or a dare is an alternative to this, but pushes credibility and is only really viable for a handful characters.

D&D style cursed items is another one, magical items that have a negative effect if equipped, and the wearer will either refuse or be unable to remove the item without a spell. There's precedent here, as the alicorn amulet is a good example of a mind-influencing cursed item in the show. Not a fan of mind control personally, but the other, sticky-type cursed item is as likely to exist. For example an irremovable magical ring that conjures a diaper whenever the wearer tries to remove the one they're wearing. Or a seemingly plain diaper that just refuses to come off, the question then becomes why someone would want to put on the diaper in the first place. I imagine that's the intended context for >>9359117

Light bondage like mittens or physically locking diaper preventing removal is another one. Straddles the line a bit into proper bondage territory, but can work in a lot of scenarios. Either as inflicted by someone else, or self-inflicted. Self-inflicted is quite popular in stories I've noticed, for example a character wearing a diaper, putting on mittens, and planning to enjoy some private time but instead ending up stuck in a compromising location. Personally, I think something is lost if the character is into it though.

Something wrong with her eyes. Comparing the original and yours, I don't know if there's much you could have done. It's not as noticeable in the B&W version but they're kind of derped.
Actually looking closer, I think it's the beak position that's off, the beak should be almost touching her eyes. Fixing that would require restructuring her entire head though. Maybe it'd be possible to just move and possibly resize her eyes?

Legs are shit. Original had them a bit awkward but you made them worse.
Griffons are digitigrade, so you can't use human anatomy as your frame of reference. If the show doesn't provide a good enough angle look towards animals like cats and dogs instead of humans. Here's a screenshot from the show, see what I'm talking about? With the way her toes touch the ground and the way her heel extends upwards and backwards?

Also, it just occurred to me the interior view is... confusing. Vag and ass is fine, but the surrounding fluff that's meant to be some... internal part of the diaper, I guess? You didn't draw Cadance's ass that wrinkly did you? Normally, with a perspective like that what you'd see would be Cadance's rear.

To be honest it was very obvious to me that the lip looked bad, I just really want to try to get some of those 'mmmnnf!' And 'oooooohhh!' Looks down, they always made the image look a bit more sexy.

Yeah, I kinda just went off the same idea from a previous sketch that the diaper was pushed against the sexual organ, hence all the puff. Though now that you mention it, it doesn't really make as much sense as it does in this picture.
