I manage to juggle a full course load, volunteer service, friends, an FWB, and any random tasks that may pop up throughout the week, and I still have plenty of time to fuck around and do nothing. Adding onto that, Kittah's Partners is pretty good but it's clear to see that it was the first thing that that had really written. It shows, and they themselves know that. The other version "Partners Revisited" is far more polished, and more focused on Nick/Judy. Instead of the OC's in the later half. (Granted they have a BUNCH of OC's, and almost all of them are amazing.)

Really though you should read all of Kittah's Stuff. They are pretty great at writing.

"Testing Limits" is a fantastic smut/romance fic.
And "Different Tails" is filled to burst with dozens of AU's, different romances of how they start out, and so much more.

Which would kinda be understandable if interspecies relations were as villain-ized as the canon may leave us to believe, but is otherwise inconceivable.
There are some alternate explanations though, that can be used for storytelling purposes:
1. Species is determined by the mother/father. Maybe junior gets dad's weird sheep eyes, or mom's prominent fangs, but they're otherwise the species of one specific parent.
2. The hybrid is sterile. This kind of makes sense for there to be a taboo against interspecies mating. Why create life if they're just going to die, leaving your bloodline dead with them? Could be feasibly used to explain societal taboos against hybrids.
3. Just don't think about it. Hybrids don't make sense, but we willingly ignore the issues anyways because we wanna read a hybrid story. Maybe its about Nick and Judy's offspring dealing with prejudice that we wanna see, or the story of Remmy/Charlie's son coming of age. Either way, if the story is good and the characters are well developed who gives a fuck? We must embrace the willing suspense of disbelief.

There's been one or two (my one: http://archiveofourown.org/works/9917648/chapters/22223738) stories that have done it right. It's a controversial topic, which means not everyone is brave enough to tackle it. That's fine. Frankly, my opinion is that if the story is done right, I'm willing to ignore the issues that autists would get worked up about. Who gives a flying fuck if a wolf/sheep hybrid doesn't make sense? Does [HYBRID] get the girl or not?! Take your pick, one of these things is true for any given story.

First, interspecies relationships aren't very villain-ized in Zootopia, as the directors said, (also in the comic where a hyena hits on Priscilla). Okay, as for now I see 3 possible way this is going to end that the title "I will survive" could refence.

A, Nick is not leaving just going out to bring something in, memory of his father or something, talking about why HE left him and his mother and how he is not going to be like that. That he will fight for their love to survive these hardships, regardless of what choice she makes. (abortion optional, will be decided in the next comic)

B, Judy stops Nick telling him, that he misunderstood, that she was telling him her fears and wanted to hear his opinion and encouragment, and getting shamed and attack for them by him, was very hurtful and unexpected. She tells him, that she fears of having the child, fears losing her job and fears a number of things, but she will survive all of this as long he is at her side and helps her through it. (no abortion confirmed)

C. Total nonsense abloobloo: Nick is leaving, Judy being angry because she didn't understand her fears, she tellherself that she doesn't need him, that she will survive on her own, she doesn't need a family or a lover for that matter to be happy (abortion confirmed)

What does it mean for one to lose it's temper? I think people are glossing over very mature and deep emotional issues here.
