I feel your pain. I'm just now dealing with the fallout from a favorite artist who used to draw a ton of content for my obscure fandom up and leaving, nuking their gallery beforehand. And I've had that happen several times throughout my online life, and it's always been really jarring and the first time it happened I was so emotionally devastated because I thought they had DIED.
Shit sucks. I mean I saved all their stuff, so I can look at it for my own self but anybody new who's interested in it won't be able to find it, but it's wrong to repost without permission, but it's also pretty inconsiderate to just take down everything too. Between a rock and a hard place.
I mean the good thing is that with time, there'll likely be new content. And eventually something will come along that will really sparkle. I always save EVERYTHING I really enjoy. Because I know that the "everything's on the internet forever" thing only applies to stuff you don't want on the internet, and it's all too common for great art and people to vanish.

I'd recommend that to everyone on here actually. Though because it's an imageboard and I do see people who sneak behind patreon paywalls and stuff you likely have this idea downpat, but SAVE EVERYTHING. Yes they've uploaded it to their FA, yes they seem proud of it now, but the chances of you really enjoying a piece of art and it getting taken down are still really high so if you like something keep it with you.
And if you like something, let the artist know. Support them if you can, help them out. Commenting and offering creative feedback on a piece can really let the artist know they ARE appreciated, and they'll be less likely to have a creative burnout, or feel guilty that what they're making is fetish art, something like that.

Reposting en-mass with the intent of being a replacement gallery for their art is often considered a breach of an artist's intellectual property rights as it can take away from the artist's own viewership/revenue.
Even if not taking credit for the work, many artists vastly prefer if their work is only shared in large quantities if adequate permission is given and refraining from doing so is a way to respect and support the creator of work you care for, encouraging them to continue to produce the content.
Art is like a book or a movie, if you're reposting enough of it that it can impact the artist enough to hurt their viewership, income, reputation, etc. it can be a course for legal action, and even if not fully illegal it is considered a lack of respect for the artist to do so.
DCMA take-downs are a thing, and I don't know how many artists I've been aware of purging their galleries BECAUSE people kept reuploading their stuff.

Well it depends entirely on what your intent to reupload is, what site you share it on, etc.
There are people who do reupload multiple things another artist does (or trace everything) to try and pass off that they're the ones that drew it.
There's also people who reupload missing work with the intent to keep it all readily available online. Essentially being a replacement gallery. Which if the artist doesn't want that stuff available does infringe on their rights regardless of how much the fans may want it again, despite how unfortunate that is. Granted this is more of a problem on gallery sites like deviantART and places where people just repost images like twitter.
In the end though, taking art without the artist's permission and posting it elsewhere is always going to be a grey area. and unlike a site like here there is no reason to have another person's art uploaded to your personal gallery unless it was done for you or features your own characters.
Also boorus are essentially a replacement gallery. Though it's easy enough to request to be put on a DNP list.

I guess 'Unauthorized mirror of the original source" is a more accurate name for it. It'd be like if someone had the entirety of an artist's patreon content uploaded to mega or something. And people DO do that, I've seen them circulated. It doesn't happen so much publicly uploaded (which was what I was initially talking about) anymore but back in 2007 people reuploading the entirety of an artist's gallery to a throwaway deviantart account or photobucket drove numerous furry artists off the site.

I either want it to go all the way and have the prey use these traits to their advantage like how animals evolved to have them, or I want the pred go through the trouble of immobilizing these abilities in someway beforehand in the prevore foreplay.
For me vore is either purely sexual, which is how I can ignore these implications, or fully about the entire experience which puts the sexual aspect on the wayside in favor of demonstrating how the full pred-prey dynamic works.

It scrolls smoothly with the space bar, and flips through pages with the space bar once it hits the end. So it can flip through pages the size of your screen the same way you scroll a long vertical. Convenient if you're working through different comics.

I'm the anon who commissioned him for that. He used to have a Tumblr, but he deleted it a few months back. As far as I know, he has no other gallery you can find his stuff under.

That viper character is definitely cold and cruel, but the dialogue he penned in was admittedly a bit too much in some spots. Was going to request tweaks to that, but he's completely dropped contact with me and hasn't responded to emails for months.
