We'll using tumblr as my main example, dd/lg culture is super popular both in and outside of the net (look at Miley, Katy Perry, Japan in general, and Melanie Martinez just for music).

ab/dl is definitely on the rise too, but more or less that's just people who actually have the fetish/willing to camwhore for it. Seconding this, given that I have some familiarity with the matter at hand. It gets easier the more times you do it too.
It also helps if your diaper area is shaved or at least trimmed.
