There has been a bit of small talk about potentially continuing or doing another small game later this year. We actually have had quite a few moments where we haven't done anything with the games for multiple months at a time, only to just pick up a small project and stick through with it till release. Games really aren't hard to do these days and you can easily make one with a friend or two if you just know the fundamentals of programming and know where to look if you get stuck.

For me, there's three main aspects at play. Starting with a more 'spiritual' side (I don't think the word is a good fit but it's the best I could come up with after some thought), power loss is my primary fetish, diapers and bondage and all the other tertiary layers work into that central theme. Depending on the story (care or abuse, again), the description will swing between the warmth and squishiness (imparting a sense of comfort) or the smell and stickiness (to further drive home how undesirable it is for the character). On a personal level, I like the idea of a diaper causing a distinct, but not painful, pressure where it's worn, and when used that pressure becomes even more noticable. In reality, the smell is a huge turnoff, and a description or picture that lingers on it will quickly dispel any enjoyment I may have with it.

I believe that covers the major points for it, without delving into specific scenarios.
