1) A straight popular vote doesn't mean rural voters don't count. Their votes would still count exactly as much as anyone else's. This idea that you only need a few big cities is a myth.

The EC is also terrible because it largely discounts voters not in a swing state, in terms of who's actually campaigned for and pandered to. So voters in Florida gain greater power this way, even though Florida is both large and contains large urban centers.

2) The EC helps voter fraud, because it empowers voter suppression and regional voting strategies. Example: If, hypothetically, everyone in Louisiana was made a felon (losing the vote) except one guy, that one guy would still get 3 EVs.

For any given presidential election, the vast majority of voters are already decided by the end of the primary season; so the entire thing hinges on undecided voters. Having a polyparty system might mitigate this some (then again, polyparty systems seem to have a lot of cases of parties forming coalitions). Direct democracy would mitigate it entirely, but that's a bad fit for a country as large as the US.

Wrong. There is a correlation between 1) low IQ and 2) wealth inequality and crime. Crime is high-risk, high-reward behavior that becomes incentivised when competition is high for limited resources. Aside from those situations, crime is associated with inability to plan long-term.
