I was EXTREMELY depressed for a few years that went unchecked, living with an extremely unhealthy family no less. I sometimes was sleeping 20 hours a day.

I still never got as big as these people. It's absolutely baffling. I did zero exercise, didn't walk around much, and ate like shit. Not to mention drinking the sugary jew.

Yeah, exactly. I'm at 107 kg's or something, while I should be at 80, or slightly North of 80, because fuck it. I feel fat. I am fat. I notice the effects. But I can still function like a human being, and do all the things required without too much discomfort. I can't fathom seeing your dick disappear, become unable to wipe your ass, not walk more than a few paces without getting out of breath, and just... sitting there.

It's happening to one of my mates, though. Dude's pretty well on his way to morbid obesity, if not there already. It's years upon years of eating double portions. No joke. I used to live with him, and he'd cook for two with the idea that I would join in. If I didn't, he just ate it all himself. Once we went somewhere, and we grabbed a quick bite. Like, running for the bus, and grabbing a few McDonalds burgers on the way. Well, turns out we were early, and he suddenly disappears and returns with a big Asian take-out box -cold- and he starts shovelling it into his face, standing right there at the bus stop. Because he was "hungry".

It takes dedication and a total lack of self awareness. If you're not OK with eating like a pig in public, you will never reach that size. You can't take a break from being morbidly obese. The real gluttons, the ones who can't even stand anymore, legit eat ten times the normal daily intake.

Although fat people use more healthcare early in their lives, the use less healthcare overall when compared to people of average weight. That means they are less of a tax burden.

Once you calculate how many social security payments they don't collect due to early death, fatsos are an even smaller burden on the taxpayer.
