The problem is the game never commits to anything.
The original pitch was full paranormal, but they seem to have dialed it back to try and be more grounded. But they half assed it, so we ended up with 40% paranormal, 30% mental disabilities, 20% gas leaks and 10% bad writing.

I could accept that it was all in her head if not for the dude clearly teleporting in the elevator to attack her and her visions, like of the well that she wouldn't have known about. Or her recognizing the black goat.
I also could have accepted it being actual paranormal if it didn't feed us the gas and make the cult sound so unsure. Oh yeah, Eddie has magic powers! Now I ain't never seen it....
