this is what i felt too during my second playthrough with gregg

mae and bea's friendship is in need of some serious patching through hangout time, and gregg and mae are always best friends anyway and dont really change much just from hanging out aside from hearing about gregg's worries about angus. overall though mae and bea need to spend time together the most, and just doing the story without hanging out with her means bea is around for mae to fuck things up with her loud mouth and not around for mending and ultimately being closer with mae for the experience

during my gregg playthrough i did him everyday except for going grocery shopping with bea; so that means leaving off with bea having had a nasty fight with her and not spending much time fixing that. feels bad man.

also its nice to make her smile during the mall hangout

I was so fucking happy with that scene, that was the best.

There are several days where Angus is away, leaving Gregg all alone with his worries. You all act like ignoring him on those days is perfectly fine. He relapses into crimes whether you're there or not, and he probably feels like a complete fuckup with nobody to talk to about it.

If you go through the game without talking to Bea, or even responding to her messages on your computer, her friendship and loyalty to Mae seems kind of weird. It really makes her look like a much better person when she puts her life on the line for an old friend whom you only talked with a handful of times since coming back home.
