I remember one guy commissioned an artist to draw a piece for a mutual friend for his birthday. While the artist was streaming another pic, he accidentally opened the near finished file, quickly closed it, and asked the chat not to show it.

Nevertheless some douche capped it and posted it publicly just to ruin the surprise.
