Yup, that's my issue with this stuff, too. The very notion of one being able to transform into a furry implies that there's an underlying ruleset, and a world accompanying that ruleset.

And the universal response remains the same: Adapt. I'm a furry now? That doesn't mean I'm going out and fucking everything that draws breath. That means I'm cutting tailholes in my pants (if they still fit) and vacuuming every day, because I'm hairy as fuck now. Showering every day? Forget it, unless you also enjoy blowdrying yourself for half a fucking hour after every shower.

And that's just the little things. Depending on all those other variables, there might be other things. And without knowing them, we can't really conjecture in an enjoyable way. If I'm just me with fur, nothing really meaningful changes except my personal living habits.
