Hey 4chan.
You remember the part from The Dark Knight Rises where they take Bane on an airplane? There's a conversation between Bane and the CIA agent there and it always struck me as very odd. It goes like this:
CIA agent:
"If I take that off, will you die?" (in reference to Bane's mask)
Bane:
"It would be extremely painful."
CIA agent:
"You're a big guy."
Bane:
"For you."
I always interpreted it as "I'm a big guy for you" - as in, Bane is turning the conversation around into pointing out that he has a big penis and is about to rape the CIA agent. I also always thought it's a very out of place, immature joke for an otherwise serious movie.
Recently though, a friend told me that what Bane actually means is "it would be extremely painful for you" - as in, taking Bane's mask off would be very painful for the CIA agent. This does make a lot more sense, but it sounds nothing like that in the movie, the pacing is completely off for that interpretation.
So what's your opinion?
I want to fucking die.

That's not a hothead, small guy. The scene is bad, the movie's mediocre.

are you talking about the post-credit scenes? They're not canon, they were just tacked-on fanservice.
I thought I was the only one that remembered that
