I would say something insulting and not all that witty about your taste but I will let bygones be bygones. This day.

Honestly I hate love triangles/squares and rejection when it serves no real purpose. Very few authors actually go through with a "non-WildeHopps" pairing (the rock candy series hit me pretty hard...) so the whole "will they end up with someone else?!" shtick falls flat almost every single time.
Rejection of either of them also tends to be for nothing more than "FUCK YOU WILDEHOPPS SHIPPERS!" or to create drama so the person rejecting has time to think "Oh shit I made a mistake!" There was one case that didn't end like this, Judy somehow had a boyfriend that Nick didn't know about, he loved her, the first few chapters were him struggling with those feelings, and then suddenly it is almost as if Nick never had those feelings.

I've seen quite a lot but not Judeon. I don't like or hate any ship but I enjoy reading more about WildeHopps (where drama isn't some dumb love triangle or judy cheating or whatever) because authors love to write "Judy/Nick get happy but the other is miserable because of it". That's what irks me the most of this fandom. I almost put Jill on my filter after people started making Jill x Nick stuff, but it ended up just having Judy as a friend rather than a sad mop.

Once again, it honestly feels like the whole reason this story was even written was to go "Fuck WildeHopps, set sail Judeon ship!"
I was actually interested in the initial premise, Judy dealing with the guilt/remorse of not returning Nick's feelings, until I saw the "Gideon & Judy" tag, and knew it wasn't going to anything good.
It could have been somewhat interesting, maybe Judy talks to her parents about these feelings, talks to Clawhauser, both parties telling her that it is ok, that neither she or Nick deserve that type of relationship. Have it all come to a climax of Nick reiterating what he said at the beginning, she is his friend first and foremost, she is his partner and that won't change.

Instead it is "Nah, everything is ok. Nick will suffer being rejected while Judy is "comforted" and "taken care of" by her "friend" Gideon because she feels oh so bad for rejecting her friend."

I already did, I think Martina is wildly out of character but if that's the sort of Martina you want to write about then go for it buddy, but even writing Marty as a cross-dressing cockhungry power-bottom, you have to write him as a power-bottom. Referring to himself as a piece of meat doesn't fit his domineering personality - the piece of meat in this scenario is whatever dude is going to be getting his rocks off that night.

Also a pro-tip in general try to resist the urge to post WIPs as much as possible, because talking about your incomplete story gives the same feeling of satisfaction as actually working on it and it's a quick road to it never being written at all in the end.

A lot of this is telling the reader what Nick is thinking and so things feel like "flatter" than they could be otherwise. I would try to flesh out more of the details through actions and maybe not get so close into Nick's head. But as far as the dialogue and character stuff goes, that all seems great.
