Yes but they could do tails during cata, and they made them for monkeys and some other species. But they kept no tail on worgen. And chose to portray them tailless in other media. So worgen are by canon without tail. But I am not against people drawing them with it.

A fine business that was no doubt. All manner of ill gotten goods from all sorts of damnable places stored under one roof for only the greediest goldbarron to smuggle out. It’s a wonder no insane twisted combination of wands and murloc eggs or whatever had caused the whole place to blow sky high.

Spot on with how the carnival looks. Even gives me some flashbacks to Dota2's 7.00 recent comics. Your top notch facial expressions matches the awesome smol details you put into the environment. Speaking of smol, her chest is good food. If you want clarification of what I had in my head while writing in terms of viewer perspective, environment, poses, etc you can ask but I trust any direction you wanna go for it. Could redline some stuff too if you're itching for it but don't overestimate that.
As far as those colors go, Axel's is on the dot. Any sort of baggy clothes consistency for Hilda mixed with those pastels work. Just needs a hint of exaggerated color like that red collar/bandana you have going on there. Fucking love her hair.
The only sketchy part was the whole "there's a room in a giant tent". I just spitballed that and thought of some intertwining hallway decorated with all sorts of carnival ornaments that lead to Millhouse's door. Making that whole shitshow into just a fancy ass wagon would be way better - just need to change the path leading to it along with an obstacle or cartoony humor. Having them slip out of the wagon unnoticed though would be a tricky part. Window to opposite side or bottom escape hatch would work.
Corrosive potion that only eats cloth like a spreading parasite sounds good instead of transparent. You'd have to cut or replace a few things that are easy to pick out. Random idea that I had was to make it some semi-sentient slime that just chills out on her clothes, eat it all off, and slips away. Liquid is probably the better route though.
Lemme know if you want a rewrite. I can whip up some heavy edits to make your life easier or introduce more aspects to ease the comic strip flow. No rush on this - like I said earlier, nothing expected but always appreciated.

She's seen a lot of shit from all sides of the world no matter what faction.
The moral of the story is that both sides are complete assholes and I would much prefer if she stayed completely neutral and only choosing the lesser evils for the situation.

I haven't seen a single comic that hasn't fucked over its flow at least once but I'll letchya know if there's a confusing gap. Yellow quest/paper text for narration is sweet. It was used in the Li Li novel. I am not sure but pandaren were made better by Vale of Eternal Blossoms, same as the fish people from murlocks but they are predating furbolgs and in-game historians trace their origin to some ancient god. And Well of Eternity was the (one of) most important thing on the Azeroth, basicly a blood of the world if I am not mistaken. If you create a new inteligent race you have to make it's lore somewhat connected to WoA one way or another. I wrote it in one sitting with no revisions and only a spooky scary skeleton of a foundation to work off of. The mentioning of heat is one of those things I should have thought of along with the amount of imagery and time between scenes before the lewd happened.
I'd say go ahead and make her fidget around and become a bit more flustered a couple times before the wagon. The idea should be that the heat is subtly there because she's finally getting used to dealing with it. There could be a few times that her mind spikes to lewdness and she loses her train of thought. Some changes in mannerism like itching her ear, crossing her legs, etc can be used if it doesn't get in the way of the panel's composition.
Smol amounts of grool is important though. She's gonna be wet when the wagon happens.

It's more fun to have reasons for why her heat fires up. Like something triggers a response inside of her mentality that makes her become lustful to what her senses are focusing on.
I didn't change the tent to the wagon. I can if you want but I figure you have an idea for that already.
Take whatever creative freedom for what the stage looks like along with the obstacles they hop around to get to the VIP wagon area. Or whatever area carnival people use to unload gear for the stage.
As far as the corrosive potion goes, it'll have the same effect as transparency but it will just eat away at her clothes. You can choose to keep the panties untouched. The whole part about the both of them trying to get the invisible clothes off needs to be retcon'd or just changed to tearing off remnants of cloth. They will need to escape out the window or a bottom hatch under the carpet.
I haven't touched on body language too much, I'm hoping the environmental context and what they're doing is enough to give you a picture of poses and facial expressions.

If the problem is making 2 transition into the first frame of 3 then just put the stall somewhere in the background of one of 2's panels if possible so you can tell thats what Hilda moved to, it would save you doing a whole new page. Not the people you were responding to, but it actually makes sense. If worgen existed as a natural species in the wilderness that evolved from humans, they also wouldn't have tails.

Imagine a scale with wolves on one end and regular humans on the other. Werewolves are much more "were" than "wolf", they have more in common with humans since they are essentially just humans who made a step towards the "wolf" end of the scale, gaining some wolf-like traits in the process. A tail most likely wouldn't be one of them, at least not until they become much more wolf-like and gain a use for it. It's not that easy to just spontaneously grow or retract an entire appendage, even with magic or millions of years.

It would make perfect sense from the other end of the spectrum however, a wolf that's been given human traits and bipedal movement could still keep its tail even past the point where they have any use for it, at least until a point. They would get more vestigial and useless as the creature reaches a more humanoid structure, and would either shorten to a stub like it has in the case of humans, or exist as a decoration that serves no real functional purpose. There's a reason monkeys have tails and we don't, we simply have no use for them.

Werewolves being portrayed with tails also seems to be the exception rather than the rule, whereas furry characters and illustrations on deviantArt almost universally have one, for no reason other than "omg wolfie tail is sooo cute ^w^". Same with them having canine penises but not canine vaginas for that matter if we're honest, something I have much less of a problem with.

That is, in the case of biological creatures. I haven't read up on my WoW lore in years, but as far as I can remember, worgen are supposed to be an artificially created "curse" that transforms humans, rather than a separate biological species. If you really wanted to make a case for them growing a (short) tail along with other wolf-like features because of your furfaggo- aesthetic reasons, you could argue that it's an otherwise useless remnant of the spell that also forced a wolf-like tail through.

I can see a magic way of resolving why they wouldn't have one for a practical reason, though. Depending on how the spell works and what its purpose is meant to be (a weapon, if I recall correctly), it could have simulated a few million years of theoretical evolution somehow and applied that as a pattern for humans, or introduced an early period of rapid genetic mutation that only the most successful made it through. The ones where the wolf-like features concentrated to the most useful regions - muscle structure, fur, ears, speed and a canine head with strong teeth. Things that would improve their survivability in the wilderness as a largely bipedal species with a compulsion to hunt for prey. After that, their form became a finalized trait to be passed on and reproduced somehow, since all worgen seem to share identical features and they're capable of reproduction somehow (Blizz will do some kind of asspull retcon move now that they're a playable race and HAVE to be around for hundreds of years), either genetically or through an identical strain of the curse.

Also, a wolf without a tail using a buttplug is still REALLY FUCKING HOT. That is all.

Well, worgen came to be from "pack form" that was basicly a wolf form.
But it was uncontrolable, ruids tried to tame it, worgen were created in the process.
The original vanilla worgen (who invaded into Gilneas) were original druids summoned from Emerald Dream, and infected humans ruled by Arugal (Shadowfang Keep)
Arugal was the one who summened them btw.

But the lore of Worgen is tied to Scythe of Elune, so just watch this vid.

Maybe yes, their parents cursed them. Not everyone considers it a a bad thing to be a worgen.

But we have a lore given reproduction so you have to either accept it and model your story around it, or make your own headcanon and model story around it, knowing it goes againts canon.

As far as the tails go, I don't care if artists decide to draw them with it. Their creative choice. Doesn't change the fact they never had them in game or lore.
