Why don't you use layers and opacity level?

1.First layer is the rough sketch, adjust the opacity level so you can barely see it. also make the rough sketch with blue color
2. Second layer is on top of it. Use black this time. If you felt that the sketch anatomy is off you can switch to your first layer to redraw the rough
3. You can also put extra layers for colouring and other stuff

Ironically I learn about this trick from Azasuke Wind. That guy was pioneer of making fappable hentai with alternative costumes/cumshots/experessions.
