Well if a new publisher takes over then chances are they'll renumber from #1. That will pop sales because new #1s always pop sales. Starting over with a new rebooted continuity will prevent people from feeling overwhelmed, and not having Kaminski with his bullshit retarded "hurr it's only a soft reboot please buy trades we're not legally allowed to sell" stupidity won't hurt. Plus with Mania around the corner and 2017 at the end of the year, Sonic is in peoples' minds right now.

If a new publisher takes over then it could potentially lead to a new rise in comic sales. Keep the current creative staff to lower costs, put the savings in advertising and putting the comic in as many high-profile stores as possible.

Diana Skelly is the only freelancer (who has been used recently) that has spoken about it on SSMB saying she doesn't know what is happening.

Rumors flew around on Christmas regarding the comics getting cancelled by someone claiming to be privy to conversations with people who would know this is happening. Another anon claims to be a freelancer saying the staff likely got told on Christmas, but those last two remain rumors without complete proof.

Sales are at an all time low, keep in mind that this outselled Captain America a few years ago, mostly due to Archie going broke, the reboot debacle, the Shattered World Crisis arc being a bore, the Worlds Unite crossover making more people drop the comic than be interested in it, and though the interest is there, it cannot sustain itself any longer.

I'd give it a few more months, maybe Mania can bring it back to life, but it's really up to Archie and how they handle the comic, somehow they need to get people back.

Every change was good, in my opinion. Her color scheme(including the eyelids, I love the red eyelids), round cheeks, the stripe down her back and the fact that her "hair" connects to it, her gloves, midriff, and her tight shorts were great improvements. (Which is why it's such a shame so many artists miss out some of the more minor details)

I know featureless is popular around these parts, but with the other Sally, both seeing it out in the open all the time and just knowing there's nothing down there takes aways some of the fun. I'm also not a fan of cheek tufts, I'm too in love with her round cheeks. Way more cute, that way.

It's so stagnant and awful these days. Most of the best artists keep churning out the same 3-4 girls, the less common waifus are overwhelmingly drawn by shitters, and the ones that hit the happy medium are either rarely active or quitting the biz. I can only hope the new games and a comic shakeup can fix things.
