Well, it was talked about that their egg size depends on what species they breed with, along with however many eggs there is depending on the amount of semen during impregnation.

Lets set the "maximum clutch size" at around two dozen, and when breeding with another kobold, they'd grow to such a size by the end that her belly is proportionally equivalent to a human with twins or triplets at nine months, and I'd say that would make each individual egg about half as big as what >>7264298, maybe around twice the size (in dimension, not volume) of a fairly large chicken egg.


Let's say that humans are about 2-2.5 times taller than kobolds, lets just pull a number out of our ass (ignoring actual biology) and say that kobold-human eggs are 2.25 times larger than kobold eggs in every dimension, or about 11 times more volume.

I'm sure you can work out how big that would make her right before laying.

Really, the size of a base normal kobold egg depends entirely on how functional and large newborn kobolds are. If we assume that they come out at about one foot tall and fairly functional, a more spherical egg (lets say 6x5) is a fairly good estimate. Doubling that for the human blood brings it up to an egg about 12x10 inches, and 18-24 of those is more than enough to make her leg-shakingly gravid without being too unrealistic. Kobolds are stretchy things, after all, and reptile eggs are fairly soft.

In truth, I'd love to see it continue to where they are raising the clutch. Family struggles and that with a kobold and human parent raising their children and teaching radically different lessons to the half-breeds.
