Thaaaaaaanks. Saves us from having to pull them out of older comments.
>>7032700
Yeah, they're actually listed in the 'search tips, information, and archives' pastebin but I figured they needed their own spot in the OP.

How about one where you are helping Undyne study for a test? Maybe she's taking a course on human history. Perhaps you'll reward her with something if she does well as an incentive? A massage, dinner date, etc.
>>7033070
>>7033236
If you want something a bit more lewd you could go with anon or whoever "punishing" Undyne if she gets a wrong answer with stop and start teasing.
>>7033070
It might be a bit schmaltzy and corny but a story about marrying Undyne or marriage being the topic would be interesting. I imagine the discussion to get Undyne to show up in a dress would be hilarious (violent).
>>7032668
>>7033424
très bon
>>7032700
I always wondered what Undyne did with those bones Papyrus gets her. After all, they are for the extra private, one on one training.
>>7033517
Obviously Undyne is a bone-carver by hobby, which would later help her find a job in Ikea when the monsters leave the underground for unique bone-carved furniture and decorations.

Delivered: http://pastebin.com/biQJNKqG
It was nice to relax a bit and focus more on the lewd side of things than on the 'history test' side of things, so this is maybe not exactly what you were hoping for.
>>7033375
I've done something a little like this already, actually, although it's less about the wedding itself. http://pastebin.com/sS5aNizj
>>7033971
Nah, don't worry about that. The whole "history test" thing was just a base or whatever to set the stage in case you wanted to know why she might have been studying.
Gonna check out the story later after I eat a muffin (and get out of the living room).
>>7033971

Shut up ;_;
I already went back and fixed it anyway, so there.
I'm going to go now. I'll be around, but not as much. If anybody wants a story and I'm not in the thread, sending me a message on pastebin is probably the best way to get in touch with me. I'll still be able to write stories for you guys, I just won't be able to be around very much. I'll be back in a week. I'll say so long but not goodbye.
>>7034720
Enjoy yourself, write-friend. We'll keep things warmer during the times when you're gone.
Might even consider doing some writing memes myself, just to keep some of us entertained.
>>7034720
Wait, never mind, messages on pastebin are locked behind a paywall. Here's a throwaway email for you all: morefishplease AT tfwno DOT gf.

I should consider a Chara x Undyne story. No idea where to start, however.
>>7038616
Other writefag did a comfy cute one, maybe you could do a really kinky lewd one.
Have a nice day fellow fishermans!
>>7038685
You too, lad.
>>7038659
Sounds like a good idea. I do lack the tastes of the other writefriend so I imagine smut is up my alley. While I'm intrigued by Chara x Undyne, I really have no idea where to start since I never paid much attention to Chara. Might have to brainstorm some ideas.
>>7038685
Fishermen, unite!
It makes us sound like a villainous organization from a Saturday morning superhero cartoon.
>>7039513
There's really not much in canon to work with when you're writing Chara. Homicidal sociopath and possible lesbo. Likes knives, chocolate, and flowers. Hates licorice, and other human beings.
Don't be afraid to just make stuff up to fill in the gaps; our other resident writer certainly isn't.
>Might have to brainstorm some ideas.
Chara locks Undyne in her basement and then starts to sexually abuse her. Seriously fucked up lewdness follows.
Chara manages to overpower Undyne during a sparring match. Undyne gets majorly turned on by it. Passionate lewdness follows.
Chara manipulates Undyne and Alphys into breaking up, and then proceeds to seduce Undyne. Cute, soft, cuddly lewdness follows.
Really, I think there's lots of options for Charyne stuff if you aren't afraid to color outside the lines a little bit.
>>7039752
Thanks for the help, helpful anon. You've pretty much given me the help I needed to get started.
>>7039399

Jesus.
Assuming you want to befriend (or more) Undyne, how would you get her attention? Would qualities that you already possess draw Undyne towards you? This is assuming that this is post "leaving the Underground" so you can't use your humanity as an icebreaker to get her attention Ă la the main story. Accordingly, you are knowledgeable of the events in Undertale in a universe where the game did not "exist" but existed as actual history. I know, you're rolling your eyes. Yes, it is one of those "fan inserted into his fan universe" memes.
I could imagine myself becoming buds with Undyne under the same reasons that she befriended Papyrus—someone with a bit of heart but not seemingly capable enough to achieve his ambitions alone without a bit of guidance. However that sums up hordes of blokes, and I'm stumped on what I could do to get senpai to notice me.
For fairness, you can assume that you work with her, go to the gym together, live in the same apartment bloc, etc. So don't worry about the "logistics", I just want to know how you would befriend Undyne.
I've mostly made friends through natural interaction since I've never cared enough to be selective about being buds with that "cool guy" or that "party girl", though with Undyne I would give it a shot.
>>7041332
Like i befriend everybody, by being the dumbest piece of shit avaible around (it work irl)
>>7041369
>>7041332
I think there's some potential to this strat (NEWEST UNDYNE META). Judging by the people she befriends, it seems that Undyne has a spot for helping people that are huge dorks. I think she has kind of a sheep-dog personality in that way. It would make sense considering that she's Captain of the Guard.
>>7032603

We were always kinda slow, but the lack of writefriends definitely takes away those sudden bursts of enjoyment now and again.
Hopefully that other anon that mentioned they might do a chara x undyne story delivers. I wouldn't mind a lewd writefriend in our roster
>>7045518
Yeah, the other guy is great and all but he really favors a slow build. Like the lewd parts are good but I think there are like three where he doesn't make you sit through a bunch of character development first.
>>7045666
Granted, that's why a lot of us like the writefriend. At least I do. They play with Undyne's personality and character in a way that makes her enjoyable and interesting to read.
(and I really like it when people ride the line between innocent and smutty, Plague of Gripe's work completely encompasses that)
Though I suppose this is where I could come in and fill the role of "tasteless smut-writer" for other urges that are simply TOO strong. }:)
>>7045518
I want to write a story, though I wouldn't be able to give an accurate time of release. I imagine not today since I spent last night playing vidya until the morning so I'm pooped out but here's hoping I can change vidya to writing when I'm staying up and maybe we'll see progress done.
Here's a cute.

Is Undyne your strongest favorite character?
Would she win a fight against, say, your other faves and waifus from any series or game? For me, she would be up against Freya Crescent from Final Fantasy IX, and I gotta say that would be a tough fight for both of them.

I'm pretty confident that Undyne would beat Samus in this matchup but I dunno, Samus does have a lot of tech in her kit.
Though I'll give it to Undyne for being a far more brutal fighter, I think she'll close the distance with Samus quickly and finish the job.
I have warned about Peak Undyne since early October 2015. I've been warning them, I've been sounding the alarm. Since October 2015, I have been saying to people, "Knock it off with the drawfagging and writefagging thing, we're creating too much content. Stop it. Find an alternative. Peak Undyne content is just around the corner."
I initially said, "By December, we'll be out of content, completely. Gone. Oh, there might be a little bit in Japan and Korea, but we haven't even developed that yet."
That's what I said, at the time. Then, in about early 2016, when we'd already developed the Asian market by then, I said "Yeah, okay, yes, we can tap into that for a while but Peak Content is still just around the corner. We're gonna run out. It's almost gone in the Anglosphere and Russia, and it'll run out in Asia by, I'd say June."
Then June came around and we still had plenty of content, but I said, "Look, by August or so, it's gonna be gone. It's going to dry up. That's why the commission prices are going up!", and the prices went up, and they skyrocketed. It used to be 50 cents a drawing EVERYWHERE in August, and then all of a sudden it's a dollar, then two. Then, pretty soon, in November, it became 5bux a drawing, and then it was 10, then it was 20, then it was 50, and I kept ringing the bell, and ringing and ringing and ringing.
I was right, and now it's gone. It's completely gone. All the content. Gone. No more Undyne content. It's totally dried up. I TRIED to tell you, but you wouldn't listen. Nearly 18 months of warning, I begged and I pleaded, "LISTEN TO ME! PEAK UNDYYYYYYYYYYYYNE!"
Peak Undyne. I said it, over and over and over, nobody would listen, and NOW IT'S GONE. We don't have any anymore.

>>7055348
(I should also probably get into Steven Universe sometime)
>>7054893
Our best hope for more fan content is when the official Japanese release comes out.
>>7055348

>>7055435
>>7055435
Weren't there tons of books that an anon from either /v/ or /vg/ bought from nippon? I heard they had some Undertale stuff that isn't translated yet.
>>7055449
l-lewd
>>7055435
A big part of the problem is that the distribution of content creators is fucked
You've got pretty much a small handful of countries expected to fulfill the content demands for the entire world, and in this case the countries it ended up being just by sheer fucking coincidence happen to be almost entirely filled by fucked-backwards-in-the-head degen losers (US, UK, Australia, NZ, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Finland, Hungary), so most of the content coming out of these places ends up being absolute fucking mind-poison.
We need to get potential content creators in places like Russia, Belarus, Serbia, Greece, Syria, Iran, Pakistan, India, Uganda, Botswana, Kenya, Nigeria, North Korea, and pretty much anywhere else for that matter, to start picking up the slack.
>>7055693
I'm sorry but did you just say North Korea?
>>7055567
Yeah, Crybleat on /utg/ went to Comiket and got a bunch of doujins, not sure what the status on that is right now.
There's also going to be an Undertale fan event in February, but I don't know of any people who might scan stuff will be attending.
>>7055693
You're probably not serious, but there are reasonably alive fan communities in Russia and Russian speaking countries, though they generally seem to be more interested in collecting fanart than making it.
>>7055754
Did I stutter?
>>7055807
>You're probably not serious
I'm deadly fucking serious, and I already know about the small Russian joints out there, because they're where I go to check for content when the Anglos and the South Koreans inevitably disappoint me.
>>7055918
i don't think we're talking about the same korea here
>>7056034
Are we? Appearances suggest they've got some rather good artists over there. Seriously worth tapping into that content creator market to do some work for us instead.
>>7056099
so we are talking about the same korea. now pardon my french but, You fuckin' stupid or somethin'?
>>7056149
Oh, so you're one of THOSE fags. I'm not even going to fucking bother trying to talk to you then, it's not worth my time anymore. Conversation over, fuck off back to your /utg/ cesspit any time.
>>7056149
You're french?
pls no fights
>>7055807
Oh wow, had no idea that Crybleat was that guy.
>>7056099
Not trying to incite anything but do you have links to verify any of this? I find it rather hard to believe North Korea has any respectable online artists, and especially not any that would focus on western video games.
>>7056711
Last time i checked internet isn't really allowed all too much there.
>>7056661
>>7055807

>>7056711
I think he's implying that there is an untapped potential in artists form North Korea that are hampered by their oppression by their government. That may very well be the case, but we don't know for sure because of their iron curtain.

>>7056861
Asking countries to "pick up the slack" was an odd thing to say. I mean, Undynes aren't a natural resource yet, right?
>>7057049
I think there's a number of us here that lurk/post occasionally alongside the active users here. However, we're kinda at that "awkward" acquaintances sitting next to each other in class phase where we don't know what to talk about.
It's why the writefriends are nice to have around. It's an easy conversation topic and a lot of fun when they post.
>>7057089
I'm always here lurking cause 3rd shift.
I couldn't post for like a week because the random IP I had was banned in my country or some shit
>>7057051
We're living in the 21st century, the Information Age. Ideas and content are the new gold, the new oil. Governments of the world employ vast intelligence and counterintelligence agencies to manipulate and direct the flow of content to the common masses. Every article, every image, every story, every soundbite, every song, every video, and we all pass them around on this international ideological marketplace, we make qualitative judgements on them, we enforce their value by how much we continue to circulate them. In every nation there are potential creators and consumers, each with their own insights and perspectives, each with their own impact to make on the emerging global culture within the many networks that aggregate and distribute this content. Everyone in the world who's not creating or consuming content at this very moment has slack to pick up.
>>7057089
>It's why the writefriends are nice to have around
I'll see if I can start working on that Chara x Undyne story sometime tomorrow. I'm probably not that great of a writer but I like reading and that's a start, I guess.

Hi, I'm here. I'm going to be busy most of today but I've carved some free time out tonight, so if you want something written reply to this post and I'll choose the best one (or the only one, more likely) and do it tonight.
>>7060086
Hello! I'd like to read something with feels, not sad feels like the traumatic one but something that assured me I'm alive. I'll try to come up with something but you can do one with your ideas if you want to (or if I'm not able to think of something). <3
I'm up for coloring today, any pics you guys want colored?

Hmm, how about this one?
>>7060234
alrighty, I'll deliver it by the end of the day, maybe earlier

I mean, I could do it with the bucket tool in 5 minutes, but coloring with the brush tool is much more fun and therapeutic for me
>>7060670
I'm fine with whatever is more enjoyable for you, anon!
This drawing pad thing feels about as alien as I thought it would feel. My hand isn't used to holding a pen and it feels a lot faster compared to the mouse so I can't control the motions.
This feels just like when I was starting to draw with the mouse. Can't quite get it to do what I want, at least yet. It is really nifty though.
>>7062298
Are you the anon who draw pic related?
If yes i hope you'll get used to it so we can see more of your undyne (i love your work)
>>7062678
Thank you anon!
Yeah that's me. It might take a while as I learn to use it but my main goal today was just to get the pad working and I've accomplished as much. It might take a few days or even a couple weeks before I can draw proper lewds again. We'll see. I'm fairly confident that I'll learn to use it at some point.
>>7062980
I'm sure it'll be OK anon!
>>7062298
Make sure to mess around with the settings in the tablet software and/or your drawing program if you haven't already. That can help the "feel" a lot.

Geez, if you can do that with a mouse then I can't wait to see you adapt to your stylus.

Oh, I did that already a bit. There was an option to adjust the softness of the pressure and I tried it out for a moment but I can't quite make use out of it yet.
>>7063471
Hah, to be honest I think it'll be very much the same but it'll just take me like an hour or two less to draw. At least that's what I hope. Anything else is just a bonus.
>>7063835
I want one of those in my Pokédex
Do you fishermen like Undyne's themes as much as you like Undyne? What are your favourite remixes?

This is experimental in more ways than one and I'd really like feedback on it.
>>7069340
I liked it but I feel like a lot of people won't just because it doesn't match up with their image of Undyne.
>>7069340
Awesome, will get around to reading it tonight
>>7069340
That was pretty great. It was still your same writing style but you still made sure it was obvious it was Undyne talking, I liked the change of perspective. Maybe would have done better as a longer story? Idk I thought it was pretty great anyway.
>>7069340
Ah, man. That was sincerely the sweetest thing I've read all week. When the "event" happened I was on the edge of my seat, though without metaphor I was probably just wincing hard.
I think you nailed the "feeling" of Undyne having insecurities quite well. It was becoming a bit depressing actually, but Undyne being picked up by her BF provided a lot of emotional relief.
>>7069938
>>7071583
>>7071667
Thanks. I was a little indecisive about it because I want it to feel like Undyne without going too far into the FUHUHUHU SPAGHETTI realm.
>>7071667
Hang on, so you mean it was getting depressing within the first like paragraph?
>>7071727
Oh, sorry I did not word that right. I meant the parts when Undyne was tearing herself down with thinking her voice was stupid and looking dumb. Depressing might be a harsh word for it, but I kinda meant it in a "feels bad but I know that feel" sorta thing. THEN when "Okay. I’m hauling myself back on track." happened and Undyne started getting lovey-dovey with her BF it gave me positive emotional feelings.
I quite like this, it provided a nice emotional swerve that added a lot of depth to Undyne. Even more so when it swerves again moments later.
>>7071881
Ha, I get it, you meant like emotionally picked up. Yeah I'm pretty pleased with myself for those parts because it's appropriate for that sort of journaling format but I don't think I went overboard. Everyone's insecure with stupid stuff like that and I think exploring that with Undyne is really interesting.
God, nobody post it on /utg/ though.
>>7069340
MY HEART.
Nice work. I agree that it felt like your style but was still recognizably Undyne. Very cool to get something from her perspective too.
>>7069340
Write up Undyne almost getting killed
>>7069340
Man it was great and all but what I like the most about this and the last one I think was the little detail you added where when Undyne goes super saiyan she gets her sight back.
>>7072003
I'm about to go to bed, ask me the next time I have some free time.
Either way there isn't much of a story there, huh? Is this for one of your weird fetishes again?
>>7059347
Ironically it's comfy only because shitposting here is the definition of pointless.
>>7071939
Yeah, I agree. It makes for great writing.
>God, nobody post it on /utg/ though.
>"where are the spears?"
>"wait this dude isn't Alphys"
>"Undyne would have suplexed the paramedics before they sedated her"
>>7072125
This.
I've been keeping /rwg/ active on /vg/ the past few weeks and it was pretty comfy to discuss the game and its strategies. Now that the general has exploded in activity there are tons of baiters and shitposters. I mean, if you cast your net into the pool with the most fish you're bound to get a bite, right?
>>7072125
We do get some shitposts but it's typically like one guy complaining about the writefag.
>>7072102
Isn't every request just for one of someone's weird fetishes?
Isn't that why we request stuff in the first place?
>>7072707
I've noticed that most of his requests are actually pretty innocuous / non-sexual, he just ends up making them lewd.
Also are you going and finding all the blue-eyed Chara art or are you recoloring all these
>>7072351
And that's mostly people who are "lol too long didn't read"
>>7072793
I swear to god most of these aren't recolored. Some of them are, but most of them aren't.
>>7072793
Yeah, it's kind of weird. Most of the requests are just like 'Undyne and self-insert boyfriend go do X thing' or whatever. Somehow the fucker has managed to capitalize on the untapped cute market.
>>7072876
No, what it is is he hardly ever turns people down and he spends a crazy amount of time here. There was one thread where someone asked him how many stories he'd written that thread (which had been up for like two or three days tops) and he counted and he'd done twelve. Even when he's gone doing fuck knows what for a week he's still writing stories. That's one dedicated fishposter.
>>7073064
A true hero, even.
>>7073064
>>7073243
The hero we do not deserve, but the hero we so desperately desire.
>>7073064
>>7072102
Nah, just want to read something that isn't lewd. I suppose make it tragic, give it the feels. Reading the lewd stories are fine, but eventually you want to read something with a different tone.
Speaking of lewd, did we ever get an ETA on that lewd Charyne fic
>my undyne folder is almost as big as my sharkgirl folder
I think I have a thing for underwater ladies...
>>7075491
>Hopefully we'll see it soon. :333
Can't wait. Seriously looking forward to it, lad.
>>7075599
I haven't decided on Chara's age yet. Would you prefer an adult one or one that followed the in-game appearance?
>>7075491
>must be a preadator thing
Maybe for me it's always a combination if the teeth, attitude and the body working together.
Bad girls drive me nuts.
>>7075912
I don't really have that much of a preference other than "not too old" and "not too young", so I'm just going to say "younger than Undyne", because I think that'd be cute.
>>7075976
Whatever it is I like it.
We truly are fishermen at heart.
>>7076005
Yeah, I figured as much, especially the Undyne part. Thanks!

>Bad girls drive me nuts.
Patrician tier taste, anons. It's funny, too, considering how mild-mannered I am in real life. And by the look of how friendly this board is perhaps that's true for a lot of us.
Maybe there's some opposites attract thing going on.
Day 2 of training with a stylus.
Despite how alien it still feels I noticed I was doing some of these lines much easier than with a mouse, such as the hands for example. I tried both ways to test. This took about 50 minutes when most of the old ones took well over an hour. Now if only I could get used to the pen pressure thing so it wouldn't look like every line has a different thickness.
>>7078298
And because I'm a terrible person who couldn't resist the temptation...
>>7078298
>>7078321
Pretty fucking good anon!
Hi friends. In an effort to keep the thread alive while the writeanon is busy, I've taken to trying my hand at writefagging as well.
http://pastebin.com/EygffhL7
I tried to emulate the writefag a bit, but I'm trying not to just copy them altogether.
Taking requests, but I'm not gonna be as fast as the writefag. In my writing Undyne is definitively the dom in the relationship. Also I won't do lewd, since I don't know the first thing about writing smut.
Critique/feedback welcome.
>>7078446
I think maybe don't write literally the exact same thing the other writefag does? Like, second-person self-insert boyfriend stuff? Do something different.
>>7078469
Believe me, I definitely wouldn't have attempted this if the writefag was around, as that's definitively their market.
However, I'm not really sure what else to write about. I can do solo Undyne, but I'd still need suggestions because I am not a writer and thus not nearly as creative.
>>7078446
This is the Undyne general, not "that one writefag general" so you don't have to apologize for creating any content and while they are good we don't NEED to have a writefag. There's no need to force yourself to write.
I thought it was a fairly good story. Nothing new but certainly nothing bad. Undyne felt like Undyne which was good although I don't think Asgore ever really beat the crap out of her during training. I thought that was kind of Undynes point during the date that he was a big though wuss, never throwing a decent punch even though they could.
I think >>7078469
might have a point though. Perhaps you could try to do something else with Undyne? Perhaps something with the games characters like Papyrus or Asgore that plays with their characters?
Back from work,
What a cold day!

this pic always reminds me of that Steven Universe song.

Speaking of this, are we going to get the scan from the utg guy? Or are we doom to get them ourselfs?
>>7080941
I don't think Cry is going to scan them. Or if he does he's not going to tell about it out of pettiness. He already said so long ago when a few anons bullied him in the thread. I think he fulfilled his threat.
fyi to all I have the new thread fired up and ready to post as soon as we hit the bump limit in 5 posts
>>7081026
Is the bump limit on here 300? For some reason I thought it was 350.
>>7081078
You know I'm kind of shocked these threads have managed to stay alive as long as they have
>>7081104
How's that? Sometimes there've been as many as 47 IP's. Even if some of them are the same people switching IP's, that's still a lot for just Undyne. Clearly there was some kind of need for the general.
>>7081177
I guess I just didn't expect it to stick around. It seemed like there wouldn't be much to discuss.

Hah. Now that's lewd.
