"Now drop and give me loads!"
I'm 5'2, 202 lbs, eternally angry, and hate almost everyone while being into really kinky shit. I like to write and hope to make my own comics, and YouTube videos one day, called PAY ATTENTION
where I make what a Walkthrough is really supposed to be: explaining the game as I go along, and explaining the mechanics as they appear and how to not be a total retard, while providing Titus-esque musings and anecdotes.
Any takers?

>>6865143
Exactly. Most people seem to have resigned themselves to never getting a bf and that in turn makes them unable to even make the effort. I've also noticed how people who actively try to get boyfriends border on desperation in their pursuits, forgetting to actually live in the meantime, becoming just sad and miserable. I mean I didn't even get casually laid before I stopped waiting to find "the right guy". Now I just live day by day, happily I might add. I don't stress about much anything at all and I found my boyfriend through a meet & fuck scenario. I didn't even want a relationship at first. I just wanted to have a good time, met up with a random dude whose features appealed to me, we drove into the woods to fuck and agreed to meet up again next week. Now we're in love, simple as that.

I've never heard that term before.
>>6865290
I'm not entirely sure that's how attention whores are made, but I guess that could be one method.
Generally I wonder why people carry so much anger and resentment with them. I just pretty much love everything and everyone and I couldn't be happier.

You don't know suffering until you've run into someone that has no social awareness, and does nothing but bitch and moan about how they're lonely, and don't realize it's their boring personality or inability to change.
It's really fucking annoying.
Discord is full of them.
They show up in these threads, and on /r9k/ pretty often too
>>6865448

>You don't know suffering until you've run into someone that has no social awareness, and does nothing but bitch and moan about how they're lonely, and don't realize it's their boring personality or inability to change.
My last relationship was with one such an individual. The thing lasted for about three months. It was nice when he wasn't being a whiny cunt, but those times were rather few.
>>6865471
It's even worse when they try to chastise others about minor details. Bonus points if they're passive aggressive about it.
>>6865466
Yup, that's the only way.
Telling them to get their shit straight usually results in :^) blocked!
>>6865497
the important thing is that they're fairly easy to get rid of.
btw blocked :^)
>>6865497
He was kinda passive aggressive. Also a terrible drama queen and generally difficult to be with. He told me he would never ever in his life top a guy cause he felt like he was a bottom, which in itself was something I could work with, though I don't find topping at all appealing myself. The hard part was that he couldn't even be a bottom because while he loved being rimmed, he couldn't take even the tip of a finger in his butt without making a fuss over how much it hurt.
>>6865549
Why did you put up with that shit for so long?
Not to sound like a dick, but for me personally, the moment, and I mean the exact moment I detect that kind of whiny self-pity shit going on I immediately distance myself.
>>6865590
I decided to give him a chance to mellow out. And he was quite lovely occasionally. He was cute and attractive, and we had shared interests in MTG and vidya so it wasn't all bad.
I did distance myself from him quite fast, but he was clingy and somewhat oblivious to my doubts about our compatibility. That and we couldn't meet up very often so that's probably why it got dragged out for so long.
>>6865590
Not that guy, but as someone who has also dated a whiny shitlord, it can be difficult to leave them. They have a way with guilt, and I would put up with a lot of shit to avoid feeling like I hurt someone.
That's just my input, though. Thankfully I managed to dump him. He really wasn't worth my time.
>>6865639
>I would put up with a lot of shit to avoid feeling like I hurt someone.
This too, so much this. He wasn't really being as much a shitlord as just inconsiderate and needy.

MTG is fun, what do you play?
>>6865448
I used to be that guy. Then I had it happen to me. It's meant to be endearing (if it's an act) but it's pretty repelling.
It's difficult to make the transition from just idle talking to flirting/romantic engagement.
This thread has a lot of misery shaming
>>6865860
formats?
>>6865866
"what" as in...?
>>6865892
I love engaging miserable people, though. I've been there and want to help.
>>6865892
you rather we encourage being miserable?
>>6865922
Formats?
>>6865922
Standard, Modern, EDH, etc.
>>6865937
Why do you hate miserable people anon
>>6865937
I just didn't understand the question.
>>6865946
Depends on what's the difference between standard and modern. Mostly I just play for fun so I haven't created my decks with any particular format in mind.
Hmm, I smell bait.
>>6865971
Standard only allows cards from recent sets (I think it's Battle For Zendikar through Kaladesh now) and older cards rotate out as newer cards are released. Modern allows cards from 8th Edition onwards, but has a banlist.
Casual stuff is pretty fun too, though.
>>6865892
It's better to tell those fucks to get a grip than to engage that behavior.
Even if it means fucking the stupid out of them.
>>6865955
I don't? I want to make them not miserable.
>>6865971
Well I understand how you play if you haven't built a deck to a format?
>>6866000
You the other anon that plays MTG, what do you play?
>>6866000
Right, Modern then. Though since I'm playing Magic Duels a lot, I've sort of gotten into Standard through it. Mostly because there aren't any older cards there. God, I miss the original Kamigawa and Ravnica blocks...
>>6866029
Uhm... I'm just getting more and more confused. Was that a question?
>>6865955
Not all. It's one thing to help someone online, but doing that shit in person is an entirely different process.
Most of them are so far gone that they can't even realize it, even when they deny therapy.
Shit like that is just a hopeless waste of time.
>>6865992
It smells good.
>>6866023
I don't think insulting them will make them like you
>>6866039
I apologize, I'm fucked on painkillers right now, so I'm pretty sure I'm not making sense. My question is how do you play if you haven't built a deck to a certain format.
>>6866045
The truth hurts.
Being nice about it doesn't get the message through.
Believe me, I've dealt with this shit plenty of times before.
>>6866029
I mostly play Modern and EDH.
Modern: Lantern Control and 8-Rack
EDH: Dralnu, Lich Lord and Sedris the Traitor King
>>6866039
Oh man, original Ravnica was the shit. My second favorite block after Time Spiral.
>>6866084
What if they enjoy being miserable? I'm assuming it's an instant give up situation?
>>6866109
Not entirely.
I'd persuade them to go get some fucking therapy, and then see how they are a couple months down the line.
If they've proven they are unwilling to change after that, that's when I give up.
>>6866058
Casually, with no restrictions on what cards I can use. I started playing in 2005 so I've just been combining what cards I've got over the years. If you mean what "game mode" I've played, I didn't even know there were other modes than standard until 2014.
>>6866095
Still the most fun I've had in MTG was with my Golgari deck, the first one I ever bought. Naturally I tuned it over the years, making it more and more efficient. Though I had an even better deck at one point. It wasn't exactly fit for tournaments as it had ancient cards as well as newer ones in it, but it was a real killer deck. I don't remember losing a single match with it.
>>6866095
Cool, I mostly just play EDH using Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind as my Commander. I want to get into Standard but it costs to much now, but the price is expected to go down by the end of next year so maybe then.
>>6866109
I'm pretty sure the definition of being miserable makes it pretty hard for it to be a state to enjoy.
>>6866152
Was it like a preconstructed deck you picked up and then added cards to over the years?
>>6866155
>Niv-Mizzet
Good taste. I used to play Standard during Return to Ravnica, but it got too expensive to keep up with all the changes. Probably just gonna stick with what I play now.
>>6866212
I hear Standard is expensive but my friends that play it tell me they are making changes that should lower the cost quite a bit over the next year. My EDH deck is mostly a control/chaos/grouphug thing. I'm not the best deck builder but I've won my fair share of games with it, but the deck is really built more around having fun and messing with the other players than winning. It sucks terribly in 1v1.
>>6863982
>erogenous zones are a different color
fucking nice.
>>6866212
I assume you're referring to the Golgari deck, it started out as a preconstructed deck, but I sort of reinvented it after a few years of not using it.
>when /bara/ turns into /MTGGeneral/

>>6866257
1v1 Commander is kind of shitty anyway; there's a lot of luck involved.
>>6866329

C'mon now. I wouldn't wanna drive those types away. They're allowed to bara post.
>>6866394
I'm so glad I got out of MTG. FNM regulars were ok but it just gets so expensive to go to tourneys. EDH is where it's at.
Can someone post piledrive position? It's my favorite!
>>6866421
ditto
>>6866453
oh I agree 1v1 commander isn't much fun anyway, but since most of my friends have creatures in their decks and I only run like 5 including my Commander I get kind of rekted in 1v1 with them
>>6866465
I don't want to drive them away, I want to help them feel better

Ugh, why do cards like Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger exist?
>>6866824
What's your problem with him?
>>6866730
Set the bar, then?
>>6866824
It costs 10 mana to play, it's not like people get to play it every game and its one of those cards that if you get it out and keep it out it finishes the game quickly.
>>6866873
>man boobs
>fur looks like skin
>retarded propositions
>>6866861
It's stupid. With a mana cost of 10 you get an indestructible 10/10 creature, which would seem like a reasonable thing, but when it comes into play, it exiles target two permanents, which is a real detriment. That too would be acceptable, but there's more. Every time it attacks, you have to exile the top 20 cards from your library and that's just an insane combo considering the cost. It's like Wizards of the Coast had a Bring Your Kid to Work Day when they were designing new cards. What makes it all even more infuriating is how easy it is to counter, provided your deck is tailored to that particular type of control. It's provocative as fuck and frankly makes me want to not play the game anymore.
>>6866922
It's a shoddy piece of work. Not very personal and not nearly as dignified as I'd think an ancient being that devours planes should be. It feels like playing League of Legends against a team of bad players who for some reason started the game 10 levels ahead of you. Dealing with it seems like way too much effort for what you get for it.
>>6867019
Different strokes for different folks.
>>6867019

>>6867136
Competition is ok.
Means more porn.
>>6867136
It's hard to ignore when these threads get filled with blogposting because they think real relationships work like they do in chinese cartoons, and they think being a self loathing piece of shit is attractive.
Even the lifting fags got the hint and toned it down a bit.
>>6867117
It's beyond what would be necessary to make it a winning card, it's imbalanced as fuck as it is easy to deal with if you're just lucky enough or have the right color combinations in your deck. Green and Black decks don't have exile or counterspells so they're pretty fucked when dealing with it. Of course, there are ways to get rid of it even without exile or counterspells, but they just require you to have the right kind of layout on the table, and to me it seems stupid to have a need to prep the whole game for a single threat.
>>6867066
Big dumb creatures have always been part of MTG, as have ways to deal with them. Black can make your opponent discard it, Blue can counter it, White can exile it. Green and Red can focus on killing your opponent before they're able to cast it. Ulamog's fine.
Emrakul isn't.
>>6867182
and more shitposting.
>>6867187
okay, that can be a problem i know and i agree. i'm just talking about shitting on someone else's porn, that's silly.
>>6867202

>>6867226
They did.
We are nowhere near in danger of offending me, which is super important.
>>6867234
totally. wouldn't want to piss you off now would we
>>6867123
Disgusting. At least have good taste if you're going to delude yourself into thinking your better
>>6867198
I dunno what to tell you, I didn't design the card or the game
>>6867199
But as I said, that requires a particular type of tailoring in your deck and good enough luck. I hate it when I get in a game and the draw isn't as good as it could be, even after 2 mulligans, and finishing the game before they can cast it is not possible. Then I just have to pray and hope I get a card that can counteract it, which only increases my frustration at the game being more dependent on luck than skill.
They're both shit.
>>6867246
t.fatty
Like this?
>>6867262
You don't have to say anything, really, it's just one of the cards the tilt me to no end because of how over-the-top or ridiculous they are, kinda like Sphinx's Tutelage. Kinda dangerous, but also quite harmless, a card that's more designed to make people want to gouge their eyes out with a rusty spoon rather than having to look at it.
>>6866637
tfw you want to believe that there is a thick alien cock out there for you to suck
>>6867264
>relies more on luck than skill
It really doesn't. If it did, you wouldn't be getting the same names/decks repeatedly doing well in tournaments.
You're the Green/Black anon, right? Look into a deck archetype called Green/Black Delirium. And if you're not restricting yourself to Standard, Black has exile too. Look at the cards Sever the Bloodline and Silence the Believers. Winning is all about adapting, anon.
>>6867244
Certainly not. You wouldn't not like me when I'm angry.
>>6867317
so you don't like the art for it then?

>this thread
Please be gently with me,I'm sorry I was whining about no bf a few threads ago. I tried chatting with some ppl, and surprisingly I got asked out on a date, for the first time. Now I'm more anxious than ever before, what should I do?
>>6867332
Sorry, I phrased that poorly. I kind of assumed it would be clear no one's retarded enough to think that. I meant the instance where you've had a bad start, Ulamog or some other shit like that comes into the field and your only hope is you drawing the one card in your deck you need to take care of it. That one instance which happens to me way too often.
Not really interested in it. I'm not saying I don't know how to deal with stupid shit like that, I never was. I'm just expressing my contempt for the lazy, second-rate design of cards that should be iconic and feared, not something that makes you want to enact a nuclear holocaust on it. The game has always been about crafty, intricate synergy, outsmarting your opponent and making skillful plays that get you ahead of your opponent. With cards like Ulamog, I feel like playing chess against a gorilla with a sledgehammer.
>>6867343
No, it's not that, it's the card itself. Its special rules are overkill and at the same time countering it doesn't require particular innovation or cleverness, just dumb luck. The game itself is not about luck, but a match where Ulamog is played becomes a game of chance with certain decks. It shits all over the concept of the game I find fascinating.
>>6867521
just be yourself and don't listen to these social akwards

>>6867522
Ah okay, it is a bit of an overkill card but in a game like MTG it's going to be hard to balance all the cards out
>>6867284
Lmao I'm in no worry of your opinion of me. I can over head press your twig butt, and I my friends are jealous as fuck because im regularly turning down girls that don't know I'm gay.

Just go for it. Try to have a good time and not stress about stuff. The other guy might be just as unsure as you are. Try to keep your feet on ground and your head clear. It might seem intimidating, not knowing what they might be thinking, but try not to stress about it.
>>6867553
You'd think Wizards would put in slightly more effort into it, considering Ulamog is THE bad guy of a whole block.
>>6867605
Sure but if he was the bad guy of the whole block doesn't it make sense he was strong?

Oh well I remember last night someone was getting all butthurt that people were talking about relationships in the thread

Thank you for the advice, I'll try my best. We're both not sure when the date will take place, so I'll have some time to prepare

The point was never that it's a strong card. The point is that it's one of those cards that just shit all over the game. It's not very clever, it's relatively easy to counter, but that requires luck that you can't always have. It turns a fine, elaborate game into a pool of foetid diarrhea. Like I said, like playing chess against a gorilla with a sledgehammer. It's raping the game itself.

Just try to be yourself. He won't be the last guy you ever come across so don't fret over it too much.
>>6867743
well wasn't me, don't blindly point at people, it's rude :(
>>6867745
Really all you need to do to prepare is to make yourself not look like a bum on the date it self then try and have fun with him
>>6867765
Alright I see your point, but there isn't much that can be done about it now
>>6867768
I never said that was you, just I remember someone was doing that last night
>>6867799
I still don't know what /r9k/ is for
>>6867830
It's for social outcasts to congregate in a place where they can't suffer repercussions for not being compatible with society.

>>6867910

>>6867910

>>6867788
Yeah, I know. It's what happened with Warhammer too. All I can say on that account is thanks, Robin Cruddace.
>>6867788
Looks is honestly not a problem, the issue I me being a stammering wreck. Even if he said it's cute tho. I'm still uneasy about this
>>6868164
heh
>>6868178
Going on a date with someone you have an interest in is always a bit uneasy. It's normal and you'll do just fine
>>6868226
It really makes me sad. I just have one question I'd like to ask the designers: why.
>>6868226
I hope you're right.
>>6868319
I'm sure they had their reasons
>>6868324
Really the worse thing you can do to yourself about this is over think it and stress out about it before it happens. Just be excited that someone is interested in you and left there for now.
any requests?
>>6868551
muscle hunks
>>6868576

>>6868587
acceptable
>>6868436
Whereas I'm rather sure they just didn't quite think things through.
>>6868610
I'm not big into straight muscle hunks myself so I only have a limited amount, I prefer chub and muscle chub.
>>6868614
Most likely
>>6868635
show me some muscle chub
something like this
>>6868672
Like this? or is that too much chub?
>>6868691
good, I love bellies as long he has some strong arms and large pecs
>>6868707
I just like chub in general, as long as it doesn't go overboard into like obese territory. Personally I think abs and muscle aren't as fun to play with.
>>6868740
I love to rub bellies, squish butts, and grope moobs, but I like muscles too.
I don't like abs at all, but big beefy furs with no gut but just a soft stomach are my favorite
Something like this pic
im sad so many people like abs. I'm not a fan at all
>>6868827
I know right? Abs are so hard and tough but a nice belly is so soft and easy to snuggle.
