Third head sends out a telepathic signal to the Hunters telling them to drop their weapons or Ruby dies. Then try and get Qrow to give his life for hers, promising not to go back on our word. But of course, if he does, then we toss her aside and get a 2v1 vs Winter with Jefe, who should be smart enough to see them rushing back toward David/Ruby and try to follow them. Maybe even snapping Qrow's neck for him once he surrenders.
And if he doesn't relent, then worst case scenario, we end up trading David's life for Ruby's and letting Qrow and Winter retreat with her body before using one of our tokens on David.
