Partially. Practically all of them can, and have, been easily explained via something doing enough damage all at once to break someone's Aura. In a number of those cases there's no proof their Aura was still active when it occurred either.

Anyway, Semblances being fueled by Aura is provably false. Flynt used his Semblance when he was one AP above disqualification, and he wasn't buzzed out. Yang did the same thing, probably twice.
