Huh, that's weird. I just got done reading the last chapter of that one.
I don't think that fic is good. It really pisses me off that the author has to make a gorrilion paragraphs for EVERY redundant thought in a chapter. Seriously, the only things that matter in a chapter (Lincoln meeting his sisters) is thrown to the beginning and the end paragraphs because this mongoloid's entire middle section is the members in the room thinking of unimportant stuff instead of shit moving along in the story. The pacing is so fucked because of it.

Am I the only one that thinks that The Loud House has one of the best soundtracks in current cartoons and TV in general? I'm not talking about the theme song (that one's perfect, tho). So I got to rereading Leni's Lightmare, and lemme tell you, folks, I'm not exactly happy. But first, a little story. See, when I first wrote LL, I screencapped it like people usually do with with stories on 4chan.
And when I wrote Lori's Lamentations, I was told to make a pastebin and put my writing there, so people can find it without constantly asking for the caps. And this was before I understood how to find my stories in the archives.
So, I made a deal with a friend of mine. He transcribes Leni's Lightmare for me, and send it over so I can put it on my pastebin, and in return I buy him a game on Steam? What game? Fuck if I remember.
I remember when I started coming here regularly and began to get a name, I tried asking around for input on how to improve my work. Nito skimmed LL, and told me to "work on your fucking tenses." Paraphrased, of course.
So now I've got the original screencap open, with Leni's Lightmare open on a Word document, and I'm going line by line, fixing the mistakes my friend made.
This got translated into Korean. I'm fucking embarrassed.

Ayy, that was indeed what I'd been aiming for, and despite that probably the most surprising feedback I've gotten (besides someone asking if Lincoln and Leni were going to get lewd) was that I actually succeeded somehow. I've written her with my best assumption of what the condition she has (based on BPD) would create in a person, and her acceptance as a 'sympathetic villain' really threw me for a loop, especially after the abuse actually began in earnest. On that note, thank you very much, man!
