I take it as well, and I don't have any issue or changes with masturbation or ejaculation.
It sounds to me like something else is going on, or you're experiencing a drug interaction with something else you're taking.
I -DID- have something similar happen when I was taking Cymbalta (Generic: Duloxetine HCL)
