This is why I do my own repairs and even if I do need to get it repaired by somebody else I encrypt certain folders and set them to shred after the password is entered in wrong 5 times. Can't remember what the program is called, it acts basically as a windows 10 plug in giving me more folder options but I recommend if you are going to let other people see your computer finding something like that
