Personally I don't see it that different from other TF.

Inflatable tf is almost like being turned into a sex toy or something.
Also it takes quite a bit of control away from the subject. I can only imagine what it would be like trying to pick something up in a clumsy rubbery form.
I can see it being quite a struggle to continue functioning after a TF like that.

Inanimate inflatable is another thing though.

another thing to consider is that often, at least from what I have seen, half the time TF is usually paired with another Fetish of the person who is drawing/commissioning it.
So for example I love both most types of vore and TF so If I were to get good at drawing or some shit I would definitely combine the two in my art such as unbirthing into TF.
That is why I always assumed that the weird TF stuff like the inflatable TF stuff is the result of someone using TF to achieve another fetish, especially since TF is a very very flexible fetish and can accompany pretty much every other fetish imaginable easilly
