Its an open-face sandwich with meat made of a mix of lamb and beef and spices cooked on a rotisserie and shaved off. Served on a pita with onions and tomatos, sometimes lettuce and cheese. I dont like cheese on mine though; meats already greasy enough. And the sauce is a greek yogurt with chopped cucumber and green onions mixed in. Its excellent drunk food, or just anytime food. But it's really fattening as well so gotta space out how often I eat em.

Beef ramen noodles cooked for 8 minutes, strain the water out, and add some V8 juice.

It's kind of thick, tastes good, makes a good warm meal during the winter, and it's nice to dunk some bread in it.

I haven't tried to convince anybody to try it, but I get negative reactions when people hear about it, so I doubt anybody would try it. Dad taught me to make it this way, so he likes it.

I really like cinnamon rolls, orange ones in particular, since they were a special treat I got after some surgery when I was a kid. I've rarely met anybody who hasn't had them, but I generally point out how you can split them in half and make a grilled sandwich out of one. If they don't like it, I shrug it off and continue eating mine.

Cottage cheese + sour cream + cold cuts + sliced peppers = god tier meal. It's simple, it's quickly made, it's light, and it's tasty no matter the weather. Hot, cold, rainy, dry, it's perfect.

Sandwich. Because it's a friggin' sandwich.

A nice steak with jackson potatoes. I won't go into details even though I could.

Oh also I just realized people don't know what jackson potatoes are. They're baked potatoes that then have the filling scraped out of the skin, mashed, and blended with some nice herbs and diced onions and whatever you like, really. Then they're put in the oven with some cheese on top.

Daily reminder that Kangaroo is god-tier meat

Carnitas (or pulled pork) combined with a tomatillo sauce is god tier.
The deep savory flavor of the carnitas and tangy flavor of the tomatillos never fails to make my mouth water.

Also, closer to my Lebanese roots, fatayer is amazing.
My great grandmother cooks them for Christmas every year.
