Hmm..is my translation bugged or idk, after I made a waifu it went only Japanese yet every now and then there will be some random english text translated and the menu options are in english, too. The thing is, there are already other color variations included in the ケモノボディ mod. See pic related.

The issue is figuring out what exactly you have to change to be able to pick these, or where to find them.

In the last thread someone was looking for the password to the mods from the master list in the "unknown source" tab

To get the furry skins actually working properly, you need to move the .mod files from there into the root of your /mod/ folder. It also adds a Free option that allows you to get furry-like skin of any color.
You should see a new icon like in pic related.

But to answer YOUR question, you have to take the .mod files from the furry skin mod folder, and put them DIRECTLY into "C:\KISS\CM3D2\Mod". As in, remove them from any subfolders in there.
