Ever hear the expression, your reach exceeds your grasp? That applies to your vocabulary. You know a lot of fancy words but you don't quite know how to use all of them, so errors sneak in and tonal clashes are introduced. If you think that's how people from back then spoke, they really didn't - not in the working classes, anyway.
Secondly, a ~master assassin~ is a very unwise choice of protagonist in a place as unforgiving of edginess as this. This fellow in particular makes Sweeney Todd seem tolerable company.

Already has, plenty of times. Just not with any Zootopia content.
>>3103651
yeah, okay man
>>3103560
Ffffffffffffffffuck. Hot. Hot as fuck. FUCK! Weaver you genius slut!
>>3103656
>This feels like a theme.
Because the dozen ideas I'm working on now are explicitly NOT Nick/Judy
That was part of the point when I wrote them up, partially because if there was one it's all people would want and the others would be ignored, and partially because I do plenty of Nick/Judy stuff already + in doodles in between
That said I even went back on that too, making the criminal from TVVDS into Nick when it was supposed to be some random thug
>>3103656
Yeah, but what are you saying? This is some kind of four dimensional hypercuckoldry?
These stories all happen before she gets involved with Nick (and hell, two of them before she even meets him)
And of course there's the other end to the Neighbour's Toy.
>>3103518
Thanks mang, really appreciate it. I'lltake your advice to heart, specially the tonal clashes part. I guess it was me trying too hard of an attempt at a stream of consciousness.
About the protag's profession, I wanted it to add down the intensity of the situation. Hunter becomes hunted business

https://m.fanfiction.net/s/11967262/1/The-Cold-Prong-of-the-Fork
This is so pointless i wonder why the author even bothered writing it. Its literally just Nick rejects Judy, small time skip, they die. The end.
And you know its the end because it says so.
>>3103702
Look man, all I know is that this is some temporal fuckery that we're far too low an order to understand. Fourth dimensional cuckoldry is a very real concern amongst higher dimensional creatures.

>>3103964
I don't think he was a girl in that one. they just made him anatomically correct by drawing a cloaca
So like
do we have a steam group or something?
>>3103973
The original translation had him either female/cuntboy depending on how you read it, but at least one anglicized translation said it was just a cloaca.
>>3103964
It's a cloaca. The other Shen/Boss Wolf comic is better.
Shen derail time?
>>3103979
HTTYD2 was pretty good, and if anything a little more brutal than the original.
I haven't seen KP3 yet though.
>>3104009
Oh I meant from HTTYD to HTTYD2 inclusive
>>3104009
>I haven't seen KP3 yet though.
It's not too bad. Nowhere near as good as the 2nd movie, but still pretty nice.
It definitely has the best visuals of the series though, so that's pretty nice.
Don't you guys remember Nick's red convertible? It was so important to the storyline

that awkward moment when you use the same phrase twice without even noticing

>>3103684
>>3103681
>I have a strange feeling you don't like Nick much.
Feels like it but not for the lack of Nick/Judy. For the lack of Nick.
It's mostly just Judy in these comics getting into situations and there's like one Nick themed one and that's his mom probably wanting to fuck him...again. Which we've already seen a ton of. It's pretty noticeable by now.
>>3104024
Fuck, I need to buy some merch. I feel left out. I hate being broke.

>>3104043
If you do get something get the artbook. Most bang for your buck.
The plushies of the side characters are pretty good as well, even though the N&J ones are kinda shit
>>3104040
Probably just because there's only so much awkward Nick and Judy can get into rather than just Judy and X
>>3103999
>the choking comic
Another fetish i dont quite get
>>3103912
Looks good, but remember, nick has a thick neck
>>3104057
Nonsense, you have pred play, size difference, difference in energy or strength, which one wants kids, what happens during heat, how do their families react, etc. This list could go on.
Reposting this from earlier, hopefully now Autism Approvedâ„¢.
>>3104059
There are weirder fetishes, anon. Much, much weirder.
>>3104040
I don't dislike Nick, I just find it easier to work with Judy and her personality
Nick's fun to write with Judy but that's because she's a foil; writing him solo doesn't feel as open
Plus most of these end up pretty sexual and I guess it's easier that way too
>>3104072
Nice

>>3104072

>>3104072
Muscular judy is great
Tho im not holding my breath, it would be cool if they showed that off in the sequel
>>3104072
Hot damn, why does she only have one knee brace though?
>>3104057
I meant Nick ones, not necessarily them both in it. Judy has plenty that feature just her and others and he's got his mom, I guess.
He may not react like her but there's already plenty of awkward Judy and it's getting kinda stale now. Her reactions are pretty much the same shit over and over again and the same lesson in different form.
We had the bunnyburrow situation with Nick idea that got scrapped. Otherwise he doesn't really exist outside of Judy's orbit.
>>3104153
the fact that she's fleshed out more means she has more options, basically
I couldn't do Sunny Day on the Farm starring Nick
also female protag works best for a lot of these stories
>>3104186
But you could do "The Other Scout Initiation" with Nick.
>>3103978
http://steamcommunity.com/groups/trashcore
>>3104089
I don't really believe you do but it is starting to feel like the same old situation over and over again with Judy, just with different characters. I just feel there's more to sexual humor than embarrassment.
I kinda (I can't believe I'm going to say this) enjoy some of Bernie's stuff because of the more casual approach and banter she lays out for the characters. Sometimes. God, I feel dirty. Just forget I said that.
>>3104262
Its fine. I liked Bernie's stuff too. Im basically stealing her wolves characterizations for my fic. It was good until the pregnancy arc which was boring and long. After after that came the hyena. And thats when it became bad
>>3104262
Just to add, I can see Nick getting into a LOT more situations than Judy. He's the sort that gets around and he seems very unlucky.
>>3104262
>I just feel there's more to sexual humor than embarrassment.
In any given story about first times and mutual exploration there's probably going to be an element of hesitation, uncertainty, and embarrassment
But there's varying degrees of shame, eagerness, and even aggressiveness that can go with it
>>3104241

>>3104114
>Farm girl Judy wearing overalls.
I need more of this.
>Judy has an aggressive looking taser
>weird future aesthetic police logo on shoulder

First off, how the fuck would Nick attack in the game if he gets electrocuted for violent behavior?
>>3104287
>arc sets up whole "Judy wants to feel sexy even though she's pregnant"
>Arc ends right there
>No pregnancy sex
I feel cheated
>>3104302
You think they thought this shit through. That was your first mistake.
>>3104291
I assume weaver prefers drawing Judy because I assume hes straight. Doesnt wanna draw fox dick repeatedly
>>3104179
We need awkward Nick now, to keep it fresh.
>>3104302
Nick becomes distant and cold blooded when violent, his heartbeat doesn't rise when murdering his prey.
>>3104110
>Judy feet
I want this redrawn with nick and Judy
>>3104302
Oh wow, did they make models for protozootopia?
>judy has a taser instead of a tranq gun
>>3104292
It feels like that's the story in every single one. Judy is confronted with sexual situation, Judy is shocked, embarrassed (funny bit), and titillated by it, they'll have open honest talk about it (or a silent one), Judy becomes more comfortable with herself and explores. It's just starting to feel like a predictable pattern.
>>3104302
>if you shake the controller too much, Nick gets shocked
It would be the best game.
>>3104302
>>3104329
>It's a Nick finds out how to weaponize his collar episode
>>3104373
Wheres the stories where Judy, as a farm girl, knows all about sex?
>>3104388
Pretty sure there's no livestock on the Hopps farm.
>>3104331
I want to see Judy lead Bugs on, then have Nick come in and cuck him.
>>3104393
What about all the rabbits
>>3104393
She has about 300 siblings.
A whole lot of incest must have gone on in the farm.
>>3104378
>everytime the collar goes off, the guy who out it on him gets shocked
>>3104308
Easily the most dull arc. Her Judy is awful. Completely dead inside, all that spark and life, that energy? Gone. She's even more of an angry sitcom wife in this arc than the others. Nick's pretty much been neutered for humors sake but at least he still has some jokes left in him.
There were so many fun directions she could've gone with that one too, instead it was this long drag of 'we don't get excited about the baby yet okay'.
>>3104314
I could've sworn when asked on here he said he was gay but preferred drawing straight couples. And he draws plenty of other dick.
>>3104135
Because in my headcanon that's her bad knee, after the museuhhwait. That's the wrong knee isn't it? Mother. Fucker.
Are there more of that Weaver Gideon/Judy comic thing out yet, or is that still in progress?
>>3104440
Yeah, wrong leg
>>3104440
I'm so sorry, I assumed that's what you were going for but I didn't want to draw too much attention to it.
So, Because it was so hard to decide where to spend my vacation, I decided to go everywhere!
Well, not everywhere, but you know what I mean.
Day one is the Rainforrest! besides the gondolas, what else is there to do in this...uh, mildly uncomfortable, hot, sticky, bug infested place?
Jeez, that badger was right...
>>3104440
>after the museuhhwait
after the what?
>>3104468
>museu- uhh... wait
>>3104476
The museum? Where her calf was scraped? As in, not her knee?
>>3104440
She can just recover fully. She ran into it, not split her leg in half.
>>3104440
I wonder if the leg injury will come up again. Probably not since its apparently completely healed the next time we see her, but it would be cool if it comes up again.
I wonder how long it took for them to get the nighthowler antidote going since Judy seemed completely healed by the time Mr Otterton was cured
>>3104459
The rainforest district is a horticultural wonderland and many of the clubs and restaurants take advantage of this to have some very exotic concoctions for you to sample.
>>3104495
So you're telling me that everything tastes like mangoes?
Eh, well, I guess it could be worse.
>>3104388
Bounce House.
Blushing Virgin Nick is about to become my kink for the sheer fucking novelty of it all.
>>3104487
Could cause muscle damage, we dunno how deep the cut was but it was enough that she had to hobble
Maybe she got the knee brace for the injury and even though it's healed, she keeps wearing it because she likes how it looks.
>>3104373
>It feels like that's the story in every single one. It's just starting to feel like a predictable pattern.
well I mean what do you want me to say
most of these comics are sort of about sexual exploration/experimentation and first times, as opposed to, say, regular fucking in an established relationship
and like I already said such things usually come with some degree of trepidation and embarrassment
but I think you're oversimplifying, too:
In The Late Stake, Judy was well informed and could give as well as she got (especially when it came to teasing Nick and playing off his scent fetish) but treading thin ice with a fetish she was self-conscious about
In Neighbors' Toy, she was much more reluctant and unsure, very wide-eyed about it all while B&P sort of "showed her around" it
In Sunny Day she was eager and excited
Hell, in Sloshed Fox she took the initiative and showed almost no embarrassment, to the point that Nick was the one put on the defensive
it's a little reductionist to frame it like you have, I think, but at the same time there is a sort of approach that I prefer to take in terms of topics, and I feel that's what I do best
>>3104494
>Never mentioned again
>Last episode of season 2 is a beach episode

you can definitely reduce too far, for example:
>premise
>execution
>pay off
most of your comics have sex running as a primary theme, which can make some jokes feel a bit repetitive at times
but personally, i think you're doing fine on variety. it's all about the way you do something, rather than just what it's generally about. the devil is in the details after all
>fic thats 50 shades of grey but with Nick and Judy
Im sure itll be terrible but i cant decide whether to read or not

Or you can get one of those knockoff mangoes and eat it the Mexican way and just cut a hole in the top and suck out the fruit while being a lazy asshole. You could also do it the right way, but its little effort for a fucking great fruit. You don't even need a knife, just peel that shit with your hands like a fucking orange.

I'll try to eat at at least one gimmick restaurant in each district, but no promises.

Hey /ztp/ thread, comicanon here!
Had a blast giving feedback to the writers of this thread yesterday, though I do apologize that it takes so long to finish them-- I clocked about an hour to two for each fic, which makes it difficult to get prompt comments to the authors.
If OfficerFox from last thread didn't see it, here is the written up feedback for your wonderful Tales of Tails in Law Enforcement!
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1E7uPtt81n8DFPnLLEdqqH_p_9hG0cPUIxadsH8S6uvc/edit?usp=sharing
I'll be gone for a few hours, but in between I can start on feedback for another writer: the first one to reply to this post with their writing will get comments and criticism!
Please include whether you would like a reading of your work or prefer a written google doc with notes ala the doc I made for OfficerFox.
Hope you're all having a fantastic day!

So I finally had a Zootopia related dream. Only it was... weird.
So basically what I can remember is Nick and Judy decide they want to become ninjas because they think it will help them out on the job. So they go to a dojo and meet some old fuck who talks to them about the ninja ways. But, and I forget how it was brought up (I seem to remember a tv showing cubs or something), somehow Judy realizes that the ninja's are pedophiles. So the old fuck denies it for a while while a bunch of ninja's sneak up on our favorite duo. They attack them and a fight ensues. Nick and Judy come out on top, but the old fuck gets it through their heads that being a pedophile is just part of the ninja culture. He tells them to be a ninja you have to be a pedophile. Or something. So Nick and Judy apologize for destroying the dojo and decide to let the old fuck be. And that's all I remember.
Da phuc man.

>>3106374
Alec's tuts are okay for the level of detail he himself does and are very good stuff for any beginner because it's not encumbered with details, while making the shapes distinctive enough to tell species apart, even if proportions are a little bit off: you want to get the idea of the shape first obviously.
Paws are also presented from different perspectives, which is just what we want because it's one of the most difficult parts to get.
Once you copy a few, you'll get the idea without needing any fancy perspective tutorials (you'll need to go through them though - I recommend "Perspective made easy" (bless /ic/))

it depends whether you have drawn before, have natural affinity to drawing and how often you practice (protip: practice every day).
This was drawn by a skilled an experienced artist, but you will be able to draw your firs Nicks with a degree of accuracy in a month or so. They won't be good, but you'll be creating something.
>>3106439
no, this just stresses anatomy is not as important for drawing zootopia characters, which is a blessing.
>>3106434
then you're going to have to strip
...slowly...
>>3106394
That sounds completely horrifying, and it shouldn't. Because I have wings. Holy fuck though, that would be a long fall.
If you're into adventure, have you tried any ziplining tours? Most of them are pretty good about getting people across quickly, and not bogging you down with tons of info about what flower or animal used to live here before we evolved. They give a great sense of speed with a lower sense of death.
>>3106453
dem paws. I like this tutorial because it shows different gestures and, most importantly, you can see sketched basic shapes underneath it.
If this doesn't sound important to you or you're just exited to start drawing, you need to remember it's nearly very hard and impractical to simply copy what you see - you need to sketch a basic shape, upon which you will build proper contour.
If you're getting into drawing, ready through Loomis' "Fun with a pencil" - /ic/ didn't lie and this is an excellent book.
>>3106455
In front of him? Yeah I can get behind that. Then I'll let him get behind me.
>>3106509
Or I guess to be more accurate, SSRI's
>>3106504
Different version of paws, which is also very helpful - even if proportions are not 100% representative of the movie, learn to copy those first. Once you get a hang of it, you will be able to adjust them according to your style and preference.
>>3106500
Please stop existing. Seriously, I hope you fucking die.

I'd be down for it, Officer Content certainly won't though
>>3106622
As a Canadian who enjoyed the Red Green show, I find it pretty repulsive too.
>>3106611
One time when I got pulled over while I was high as fuck, a cop asked me to step out of the car and said I looked nervous and asked if I had anything in the car. I told him I had about two grams of pot and a bowl. He asked if he could search my car, and after he was done he told me to throw the bowl in the sewer and confiscated my weed. Then he let me on my merry way.
The moral of the story is don't lie to cops. If you're polite and truthful they might let you off easy, and it's better than them finding whatever you're stashing in the car. He even told me that if he had to find the pot by searching he would have had me in cuffs.
>>3106685
Wow, Judy, what the fuck
>>3106685

>>3106453
The lack of a heel makes it look like folded sausage.
I want to see Nick in the sequel to have a cartoony asspull logic gag of having an infinite supply of Hawaiian shirts at his disposal
>>3106925
So what age do you have to be to enter the bounce house?
Judy said she had one when she was 16, so is that like the age of consent?
Also I have trouble picturing Judy in an orgy at the age of 16, or at all really
>>3106960
I actually hope we see him in outfits besides the hawaiian shirt and police outfit.
At the very least I wanna see more colors. Hopefully the green one doesn't keep coming back. I like characters with wardrobe variety.
On one hand I'm hopeful since in his first appearance he was in a yellow shirt, not a green one.
But on the other hand, 3 months later Judy finds him in the same green shirt he wore when they worked together. Thats either a big coincidence or they are shooting for that to be his "iconic" look
>>3106960
>>3106966
Considering she isn't sure it's probably safe to say she didn't, or didn't use it. Seems the sort of thing you'd remember.

>>3106552
The adjusting period is the worst because they make everything SO much worse before they get better. I tried knocking myself unconscious day-one of my new SSRI because I couldn't handle the anxiety. Nearing panic attack levels. I threw my head into a wall, and for the first time in my life, I sincerely fell backwards and hit the ground without halting myself. I didn't pass out, unfortunately, but I did get a schweet bruise. Stay strong man, stay strong. They get MUCH better overtime.

That was the most confusing part for me before weaver did the clarified version of the comic. Judy seemed so nonchalant about whether or not she had a bounce house at her 16th birthday, but you'd think you would remember an orgy, especially from when you are a teenager.

Good to hear you are feeling better for now. Ive been cycling through antidepressants for a little while myself.
The main problem is so far none of them have really been affecting me at all.
Only one made me feel any different, and that feeling was just the chronic dry mouth it gave me. Which really really sucked since I was in my college choir at the time, and singing with a dry throat is horrible.
>>3107042
Judy thinks it's sexist.

Which means Gideon is kinda short compared to him too, since Judy comes up to Gideon's Neck about.
Wonder if Nick is a tall fox, Gideon is a short fox, or whether average is somewhere in the middle?
RIP general, you will be missed.
I want my faces to be cuter
CUTER

I'd say Gideon's the fox equivalent of 5'9", the short end of average, whereas Nick is fox-6'2" tall but rangy as fuck.
