I hate to be a spoilsport, but it wasn't from porn. I found an image on deviantart's Newest page and thought "hey, that face would make a good reaction image".

In the original, Dragonite's holding a laptop and says "I can't flap to this!" while making that face. I think there was a Flaafy in there too for some reaon.
