Maurice wanted to avoid as much of the bureaucracy as he could while trying to help people, and Bogo wanted to get into a position of command to use that bureaucracy to help.

Well, here it is. Dunno how many people still care about this little project of mine, but hey I'm pretty goddamn proud of it and I want to share with you the fruits of my labor. I'm especially proud of how the guitar and synth solo came out.
