Just make sure you get it checked out, preferably today so you can avoid anything bad happening. It could be anything from gas(yes, even gas) to a blockage or a blood clot.

That's why I suggested you take 4 of the low dose aspirin, it'll keep your blood cells from sticking together and sticking to any blockages should there be one.
