Make up some weird bullshit anon. Give her a family at least. Are her parents loving to her? Did her parents get divorced? Does she have any siblings? How do her siblings treat her? Is she an only child? Did she grow up rich or poor? What was her school like? Just give her a bit of background and after that it'll be easier to start developing the character off of the background.
