I think it is, but be forewarned... the show is quite different than what you might be expecting based on the porn. For example, few of the characters in the show are 'thicc', and the ones that are aren't main characters. The show is primarily a comedy, and the American version is not translated directly from the original Japanese dialogue, and is rewritten from scratch. While the show was written in the early 90's, many of the joke references made are pretty dated/obscure (Ginzu knives, The Pointer Sisters, Up With People, etc.). Also, the theme song is performed by a drunk guy.
So, yeah, it's good, but it might not be what you're expecting. Maybe try an episode or two first before you plan a marathon.

The character creator seemingly STILL post art of them every once in awhile, it seems that it is more popular in the west than in Japan.

The fandom is annoying (as usual) with it with making dumb as OC's set in the universe like the commissioner "pizzacat" most of the porn of the show seems very on model though as I said the original artist left a ton of character references and even the show had shots like >>11416553 so the porn tends to be of higher quality than stuff where people force their own imagination of what the characters should look like (undertale) or just force their own shitty style.

Discotek did a BluRay release for Pizza Cats, but it's just the entire series in standard def on one or two discs. At least they also did a DVD set for Cat Ninden. They can't really do dual-audio because the English version was edited too heavily to allow for that.
