PvP and GvG is the only point of any combat-based online game, including each and every MMO. All PvE activities exist merely to boost your success in PvP modes.

You must clear PvE content consistently and effectively. MMOs are literally the lowest skill ceiling game genre, all you have to do is ignore casuals and farm/grind.

Your real character is your PvPer. A good PvP character must be good in most areas to a certain extent.

I don't get those threads. MMO PvE content is absolutely acephalous once you figure out how complete a raid/dungeon/grind a particular spot/etc. How can you possibly Heal/Tank/DPS wrong?

Medic can't compete up close with the automatico and hellriegel except when using the Auto Revolver, which significantly takes more skill and finesse than any assault weapon does. Medics suffer from worse TTK up close, but they completely dominate the 20 to 50m range with their weapons.
